I filmed this vlog intending for it to go up on a Wednesday but decided to post it today (Friday). As I explained at the beginning of this video, I am going to TRY (haha) doing shorter “What I Eat In A Day” vlogs on Wednesdays and Fridays will continue to be longer vlogs, including more “lifestyle” content (in addition to my food). I love your videos, they bring back many memories! 5 children also! We were opposite. Girl first and then 4 boys. I now have been blessed with 2 sets of twins, my great grandchildren. This week was much better. I sent back to the basics. I wish I could find blackened chicken. I did well with making baked potatoes in my air fryer. I also used your idea with the Greek yogurt, pb2, and the sf pudding mix. I switched it up a bit and 2 nights I used lemon pudding with the Greek yogurt, plus a drop of lemon extract, and 2 lemon Oreo thins...... It was delicious. Thank you for all your great ideas and help. I feel like I'm back on the road to succeed. ❤️

Almost seven years later and I still can't believe we had twins, haha! They were completely out of the blue for us! I can't believe you've been blessed with two sets of twins-- that is so special🥰. @@FiveLittleFins Twins do not run in our family, so it has been a real surprise. My oldest grandson had twins, a girl and a boy. Another granddaughter had twin boys March 1st. this year. They're doing great just still very little. They're identical, I was so thrilled they named them after their Great Grandpa, my late husband. They were in the hospital 39 days! Again I am so thankful that I found you! I love watching someone who is REAL. Thanks again, I will let you know how successful I was this week!

I finally found the Tyson Blackened Chicken! Checked 4 different stores. Excited to try it. I have been tracking on MFP consistently the last 9 days or so, which is the first time in many months. And I haven't been hungry, especially focusing on protein. Thanks, again!

It definitely encourages us to make better choices, which is great!🤩 Haha, I need to try and eat earlier in the evenings because I know it's not great to have all that food sitting in my stomach while I sleep🙈. Once the baseball season is over for the boys, I'm hoping my dinners will happen at more reasonable times😆

I think it depends what Greek yogurt you use how much it is or isnt like sour cream. To me, Fage non fat Greek yogurt is a GREAT sour cream dupe!
I agree 100%! When I couldn't finish the baked potato, my husband ate the rest and plopped the remainder of the sour cream/yogurt combo on top and had no idea it was a mix! I told him after and he was like, "Oh wow! I would've never known!"🤯😂

Do you typically cook dinner for your family earlier in the evening and then cook your dinner later? We cannot find the Tyson blackened chicken anywhere in Oklahoma it seems like 😭
Have you tried Target? I don't live in Oklahoma, but that's where I buy the Tyson blackened chicken. It's in the frozen foods section.
@@Carolyns23 I haven’t. But my friend did when she was there and they were always out. That was in Tulsa. I’ve been planning to go to Edmond but they are both an hour away, so not always convenient. 🥲
@@jenniemartin1542 Sorry to hear that. Maybe they will get it in the future at your local store. The store an hour away isn't worth the drive, especially with gas prices so high!
I do! My kiddos are in that awful, "Only eat chicken nuggets, mac & cheese, and pizza phase" lol...so it does make it a little easier when I feel like a short order cook, haha🤪 My hubby usually eats my WW meals with me (or just fends for himself). It's definitely a lot more work, but it keeps me on track, so I think it's worth it🥰. I'm so sorry you can't find the Tyson Blackened Chicken! I wonder if you could ask your local grocery store to order it (it's worth a shot!)? I hope you find it and are able to try it soon!❤️

Has eating late stalled your weight loss?
Great question! I have definitely noticed the scale being up (usually less than half a pound or so) the morning after I eat pretty late...but typically this is just water weight and comes off quickly. I haven't weighed in at a WW location in quite some time, but when I used to, I would be sure not to eat a large meal right before bed. Overall, eating late has not stalled my overall weight loss🙂

It is so frustrating, but don’t let that stop you! There are a million reasons the scale may be up (hormones, muscles retaining water, high sodium day before weigh in, etc.). Just keep going!! It may take a few weeks to reflect your hard work but definitely don’t let it stop the healthy habits❤️❤️
