I tried to make this "What I Eat In A Day" slightly shorter than others I have posted because I know people are so busy and don't always have time to watch 30 minute videos. I know 20 minutes is still not super short, but it's an improvement, haha! I'm excited to share the meals in this video because they are SO delicious and FILLING! I hope you enjoy!!đ€

I just found your channel, love your energy and your kids are so cute. Iâm lifetime with WW and have been for years. I recently canceled my membership, it was just too hard for me to get to the studio to weigh in with my work schedule and the distance to the studio. I like the WW program but have not really tracked points for years. I still eat the same way and I was considering maybe to start counting calories and protein. Something I can do from home to still maintain my weight and maybe lose a few. And Wowza! That breakfast was huge! Thatâs amazing. My husband would love those potatoes! And French toast! I loveeeee this! I am a volume eater too and sometimes i freak myself out with how much food i can make for such low calorie! Seems too good to be true sometimes! I love seeing someone else do the same!

Itâs definitely a lot on him flying solo with the 5 rambunctious kiddos after a long day of work, but we always say, âteamwork makes the dream workâ. He knows I need the physical and mental reset and Iâm a better Mom & wife for itđ„°

I am just starting WW (two weeks ago). I signed up for 6 mos. In these first two weeks I have actually gained weight đ today was my second weigh in. I am still trying to figure it all out, but I am thinking part of the problem may be too much fruit. I figure that if I am staying within my 20 daily points and gaining it must be the 0 point foods I am eating. I saw a lot of success stories before I joined and was excited, I will give it some time and see what happens. Your meals looked great and I was glad to see the 1 point bread slices. I must be on a different plan because brown rice is 7 points per cup and beans are 2 points for 1/2 cup for me. I know I can sub cauliflower rice for the brown rice, but it is just not the same. It sure did look good! I am glad that I found your channel.
I would recommend changing up your 0 pt foods by retaking the quiz. How are you doing now?

Yes for another volume eater I donât count my potatoes either unless I go out and have fries I usually eat two medium potatoes a day I love seeing a plate loaded up and film you up and itâs healthy it never lasted when I did DIETS and small plates was always starving , between gluten free and mostly sugar free I went from 315 to 233 , 82 lbs down

I hear G Hughes sauces are very good (but I cannot personally vouch). I know he has sugar free sauces, marinades, and dressings! I also love Kikoman Stir Fry Sauce for any Asian-inspired dishes (SO good and only 1 point/TBSP). Also, Bolthouse Farms has some pretty yummy dressings for low point as well! Pro tip: keep your dressing in The little serving dish and dip your salad into it. Rotel is diced tomato and mild green chilis. We use it in lots of casseroles :)

Thank you so much! In November 2021, WW rolled out their âPersonal Pointsâ Plan, which is the one I am on. They have you take a survey when you sign up to figure out what foods will be zero points based on your preferences and determine your daily points allowance. You can also change your zero point foods by retaking the survey. I really enjoy the new plan and would highly recommend it!đ„°
I love this so much.... How do you learn what to eat and how much ? this is a lot of food and good food this is what I would love to get to eat and not feel bad about eating and be able to loss weight . I have been on WW since last Nov and I did lost 20 pounds but got Covid and gain all back and more after being so sick. Thank you so much for the hope ....

HI, Just found your videos and enjoyed it. I'm on WW. I don't understand how you get potatoes AND brown rice AND beans for zero points. I get Brown Rice, Quinoa and oats zero (plus eggs and chicken, turkey) I do love quinoa and brown rice. I'm older (55) and wouldn't probably do well if I got potatoes zero also. would like the beans to be zero. I want to recreate your mexican bowl! Looked good. Thanks!
Hello!â€ïž Thank you so much! I also found it a little terrifying that I get all those carbs for zero points, haha. I definitely try and be mindful of how much I allow myself of those foods per day because I could certainly get myself into trouble overeating themđŹ. I limit myself to one large potato per day (either home fries for breakfast or steak fries or mashed potatoes for lunch/dinner) and one serving of rice per day. That way, with my lower daily points allowance (16), Iâm still able to lose weightđ„° oh my goodness-I highly recommend trying the Mexican bowl! It makes so much food and itâs great for leftovers the next day(s)âșïž

This looks amazing, but I'm a Type 2 diabetic, so the banana is 3 points for me, and the fried potatoes are 7 points. Not even sure how many pointes the bread would be.

I just wonder if I redid my WW questionnaire would it take away the amount of points I get now? I really miss potatoes and if I prep potatoes for my meal I only get a half a cup.
Hi Virginia!â€ïž Unfortunately, it probably willđ„ș. When I retook my WW questionnaire and switched potatoes to a free food, it dropped my daily points budget from 20 to 16. Surprisingly though, having the free potatoes makes the program easier to work for me (even with the lower points budget)!âșïž I just make sure Iâm eating plenty of non-starchy veggies and drinking my water to earn those extra pointsđ

Unfortunately, yes (for the most part)âčïž. Iâve tried to get my picky eaters to eat my WW meals and they wonât go for it (đ©). My 9 year old is getting slightly better, but the other four wonât even look at food if itâs not chicken nuggets or Mac & Cheeseđ. Itâs definitely such a struggle! My hubby will thankfully eat what I eat, so that makes things slightly easierâŠbut I always joke that Iâm also a short order cook on top of being Mama/Nurseđ€Șđ

Hi Mina! Thank you so much!đ„° Even though Iâm currently in weight loss mode, Iâm essentially a WW Lifetime Member, which means Iâm at my goal weight (+/- 5 lbs). I usually sit between 135-140 these days (especially now that I lift weights 3-4x/week). I would highly suggest WW if youâre considering itâșïž. It has helped me lose weight postpartum 4x now (20-30 lbs each time) and itâs such a sustainable way of eating once you are officially in maintenance mode (like I am). How many points for your coffee with the stuff you put in it?
I donât count the whipped cream because Iâm a WW rebel (I donât necessarily recommend this to others, haha)âŠbut for the Stok cold brew (black, unsweetened), oatmilk (plain, unsweetened), and 1/2 Alani Munchies Fit shake, itâs 2 personal points!đ
Are you able to tell me how to look up the point value for a potato that you use. When I look it up, it says three or four points but youâre saying yours is zero I think. Can you help me out on this?
Hi Ron! Unfortunately, this was from an older WW plan and potatoes were one of my zero point foods. When I look up the same potato now (1 Russet potato), it comes up as 3 points for a small, 4 points for a medium, and 7 points for a large. Sorry to bring bad news!đ„č I hope this helped though!đ

Jodi, I just wanted to let you know that you never eat fruit with protein. Proteins are slow digesting, and fruit is fast digesting. These two combined causes severe bloating. If you don't have a problem with boating consider yourself lucky, but fruit is best consumed all by itself. đ

Great! I'm sure you get a lot of comments from ppl giving their opinions but I thought it was important. The fruit can't move through the intestines because the slow moving protein blocks it. Therefore the fruit starts to furment in your intestines causing gases to form, then resulting in bloating.
I'm diabetic and have to consume fruit with protein. My nutritionist recommended it because of the natural sugar would be too much for me without protein . I never noticed bloating guess I am lucky I'm sure that it also matters how much protein you consume and what kind of proteinIf it doesn't bother you I would continue doing you . Fruit alone would not fill me up .
Also smoothies are protein and fruit always .

Why does the can of beans say 2pts when beans and lentils are 0? When I scan them.

I wasnât 100% sure of that answer myself, so I looked it up on the WW website and it appears some canned beans have added sugars and oils in them, which makes them not zero points (sadly).
