BAGELS: 5 points for one
- bagel thin
- egg
- reduced fat cheese
- deli ham slice
- salt and pepper
COLA SHRIMP:0 points
- shrimp
- zuchinni
- cherry cola seasoning, garlic powder, weber chophouse butter seasoning
- olive oil spray for skillet
ONION CHEESE DIP:1 point for 1/4 cup , makes about 8 servings
- low fat cottage cheese
- liptons onion mix
blend until smooth, store in refrigator
BBQ BEEF PCOKETS:4 points each , made 14 pockets
- lean ground beef, rinsed
- 1/2 white onion
- 50gm reduce fat mexican cheese
- 1 cup sugar free g hughes bbq sauce
- garlic powder and salt
2 ingrident dough
equal parts white self rising flour and non fat greek yogurt , season heavily with salt and garlic powder it needs flavor and salt
cook beef and rinse with hot water to drain oils
make your 2 ingrient dough per instructions
chop onions and measure out cheese, once meat is rinsed add beef, onion, cheese, bbq sauce, and mix together
flatten out 14 balls of dough and add mixture into the middle, close the sides.
add 6 balls at a time and spray with olive oil spray, top with everything bagel seasoning, and air fry on 390 for 20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked.

I love the fact that you included jazz type music as opposed to the annoying music with words that most CZcamsrs use…very relaxing and it doesn’t distract the viewers from watching what you’re doing! At least that’s my opinion…others may disagree.

The only reason I’m asking is because I’m in healthi now and I’ve been wanting switch but not sure if it is worth money as it seems they are both similar. Love you ❤️
