I am doing weight watchers and i found your videos and they are the only thing that has helped me to be able to eat alot of food for little points and still lose weight! I am not hungry when i get enough to feel full! Please start posting again even if it is just what to eat, I have really needed ideas and look forward to it!!!!!

I had a tummy tuck in March of 2022. I have 4 kids. I love my stomach being flat once again. I find this encouraging that you have done this as well as still following a weight loss plan.

Hi Jody, I am so happy that you are back ! Negative people have a negative image of themselves ! You are such a good person and great mom. I thought that you looked great before your surgery. However, wowsie, you look great now as well ! You have helped me feel even better about myself since you are an inspiration. At 72, " food awareness for health " has been my daily life and now, with all of your helpful suggestions and meal planning, plus introducing me to new products, I find that staying healthy and fit has become less of a struggle.
You have a wonderful and great life and family, could be that the root of the negative comments could be jealousy. WHO CARES ??????????? !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
