I’m so sorry- I’m going back and making sure I’ve responded to everyone and I sincerely apologize I missed this comment!🙈 Thank you so much for your kind words!❤️ My WW free foods are currently: fruits, non-starchy veggies, brown rice/quinoa, potato/sweet potato (I know I’m being risky with all these carbs lol), Plain NF Greek yogurt, Beand/lentils, Chicken/lean Turkey, and I think those are the major ones I can think of with my Swiss cheese brain at the moment lol😂

Rice is definitely something I can only allow myself to have once a day (and I honestly think I need to scale back my current portions🙈😆). But cauli rice is also an option if you like it! It’s not the same for this carb loving girl lol, but I may start doing a 1/2 brown rice, 1/2 riced cauli mixture so I’m still getting volume with less carbs!☺️ But I definitely agree that 8 PP isn’t bad for dinner anyways!🤩
@@FiveLittleFins ty for the suggestion. I do not like it by itself but maybe it will go better if i do the half and half! Yes haha. My lunches and breakfast are not a lot of points and i dont eat snacks that use my points during the day. I love rice too much to not eat it at all haha
