    Aww I felt so bad for you when you were sitting in the car. You just looked so tired. I'm proud of you for listening to your body and being still instead. Sometimes that's the hardest thing to do as a mom/wife. I love that you always keep it real. I don't enjoy watching what I eat in a days that show you the "perfect" diet. Personally, I rarely have a day like that. For whatever reason, I'm finding myself lacking motivation, and your channel helps bring me back to center. I think that was really kind of you to pick up your twins after school. When my son was little, he was a handful. We refused to stifle his exuberant personality so instead we worked with the teachers/bus drivers to ensure they stayed happy and on board with us. We would even tell the teachers to let us know when they needed a day off, and I would keep him home with me for a day. When he was crazy in the classroom, I had them take him outside for chin ups and laps around the playground. And guess what? He turned out wonderful. He's a junior in college and on the honor role at our most prestigious state college. My point being, you guys are doing well by your children. God bless sweet friend.       You are the absolute sweetest! Thank you so much🥰 it was nice to listen to my body and just relax for a change. I can completely relate about feeling like motivation is lacking lately, too! It certainly ebbs and flows for me. When I start to feel my energy levels drop and I feel a little uncomfortable in clothes, I know it’s time to reel it in. I always need that “why” to push me into making better choices. It can be so HARD!🙈 I adore your outlook on parenting (and life in general). I feel the exact same about not extinguishing that fire and energy they always have. I need to suggest the same to my kiddos teachers about the chin-ups and laps-I love that so much!😆😍 Their energy and spit fire personalities are my absolute favorite🥰 they can certainly be a handful at times, but I wouldn’t change it for the world. I love that your son is thriving and doing so well! I can only imagine how lovely your children are coming from a family with you as a Mom🥰

    You could always make your own frittatas in a muffin pan and freeze them. Might be able to make them more point friendly and with whatever ingredients that you like.
    I realize not everyone has time to do that. Ii usually make extra when I make some for that day and freeze or store in the fridge for a couple of days. I'll make it like a crustless quiche and bake it so it's super easy to make. I'll add in my homemade 0 point turkey sausage.
    I use 99% fat-free ground turkey or chicken. I like to add sauteed onions and celery then chopped mushrooms and sometimes chopped spinach and then seasonings to taste: pepper, Mrs. Dash, sage, garlic powder, paprika and nutritional yeast. Pan fry as patties in non-stick spray. I'll make ahead and freeze then pop out and reheat for a fast breakfast. Love them.

      I think trying these was the little push I needed to do that, haha!😂 They weren’t bad by any means, but making my own would definitely be more satisfying (taste wise) and more points friendly!☺️😋

    I like those Veggies Made Great frittatas, but they're pretty expensive, so I rarely buy them. Great job with your healthy meals & snacks!

      You are so welcome!! That dessert or snack idea is absolutely delicious!!😋 I love taking plain, nonfat Greek Yogurt and playing around with sugar free Jell-O mixes and fiber one brownies! The possibilities are endless (and delicious, haha!)🤤🥰

      You’re so sweet! Thank you so much🥰 My husband is SO helpful, so I can’t take all the credit, haha! I have tried lash extensions before, but they were so expensive and I couldn’t keep up with fills, so I just do drugstore falsies now!☺️ I use Ardell wispies and sometimes if I’m feeling fancy, I even double up and use the Ardell Double Up Lashes with the Wispies over top for added volume. I know it’s probably frowned upon by the healthcare community, but I keep mine on for 5 days or so😂🙈

    i got a chocolate chip/ oat muffin I think it was in that brand.. and they are so so... the muffin was a little mushy. I love this video... I feel like you are taking care of yourself.. and you know what you need. I feel ya for sure :)

    I just found your channel. I joined WW a month ago. I’ve lost 7 lbs. hoping to lose about 40 lbs. I have 24 points right now. I hardly use my weekly extra ones. Potatoes are my zero points. Eggs unfortunately are I think 1 or 2 points for me. Egg whites are zero. I wanted to lose more weight then incorporate rice, pasta and sweets but I really want to switch cauliflower rice to brown rice. I’m just scared I’ll gain…I can’t work out at the gym but 2 days a week, I’m trying to do some at home. I tried the zero sugar yogurt, the strawberry cheesecake was good but I can’t eat the whole thing. I have to be in the mood for yogurt but it’s good. I like these kind of videos and what you eat a day ones bc I always need ideas lol. Like I said I just found your channel, thanks for the vids!!

      Hi Felicia!! First off, I see you have 6 children. You are an angel on Earth! I’m losing my marbles with 5 lol😂 they are such blessings though!❤️ Secondly, congratulations on already losing 7lbs!!! That’s amazing momentum-keep going😍 I think your plan to start incorporating rice, pasta, and more sweets after you establish healthier habits is an excellent idea! That way you feel more in control around foods that are otherwise very easy to overdo. One of the things I love about this new program is that you can tweak the foods that are zero points based on your preferences and where you are in your journey. I’m so glad these what I eat in a day videos are helpful!! I plan on making many, many more! Good luck my friend, you’ve got this!❤️💪🏻

    What size is your coffee jar you drink out of? I really like it. Do you find you lose more weight doing the coffee and protein rather than eggs?

      Hi Leigh!☺️ My Ball Mason Jars are 32 oz (I get them off Amazon, at The Christmas Tree Shop, or Target)! I usually do the protein coffee in the mornings instead of eggs just for lack of time, haha. After I get my four boys off to school, I spend a large part of the morning having one on one time with my daughter and cleaning up around the house. The protein coffee is perfect because I can sip on it all morning and it’s yummy, filling, and satisfying & gets me through until lunch. When I put my daughter down for her nap at 11AM, I usually have a nice, filling lunch/brunch! It’s worked out very well for me and I’ve been doing it for years🥰

      I usually do 30-40 minutes of cardio (usually elliptical or stair master) and follow the Alive By Whitney App (which I love😍). It’s a fabulous program for beginner strength training because it shows you exactly how to perform exercises. I pay a yearly subscription for it and use it at the gym-it’s been worth every penny🥰
