This fast indoor walking workout is low impact and will keep you in the fat-burning zone while helping you achieve your daily step goal. This video is designed to be fun and challenge you. If any of the steps are too hard...simply march on the spot or step touch it out. My goal is to keep our feet moving for the duration of the workout. Burn calories from the comfort of your own home while keeping this workout low impact. This workout was super fun to do and I hope you enjoy it. I was watching reels on Instagram this morning & saw yours on indoor walking. I walk outside in the mornings, but it has really become too cold so I've started going to the local mall to walk. This video was a blessing. I did it for the first time this morning right after I saw the reel. I'll definitely incorporate this workout into my routine on days I can't walk outside. I have back problems that prevent me from using a treadmill. Thank you for the video😊

Hello Caroline! Woww! I have been doing your 10minute after meals walk on the regular, decided it was time to gradually promote myself to your 15 minute to do after meals( on weekends) during my normal work week, I'll do the 10 minute! My skin started to itch n I started this walking workout n I didn't stop and my itch went away. I'm diabetic type 2 n I'm 54 years old.

Hi Caroline Love your 15 m8n walking workout but cant seem to clear the product ad on the right hand side so I cant see the clock
I love indoor walking workouts. I got 1,823 steps. Unfortunately for me, it takes some 2,700 steps to get a mile (maybe because I'm short?). But I try to focus on how many zone minutes I got on my Fitbit, and between this and another walking video, I did it.

Question. I use Google fit and there is no indoor walk option. I've been using treadmill but I don't seem to get the numbers that you do. As far as distance when we are walking. Is that the appropriate option or is there another one I should use?
