You're right! If you're diligent you will see improvements. I remember when I was doing this workout a year ago, and when the third set with weights came up, I was dying. I couldn't wait to quit. Today, it's a different story. I could do a couple more sets beyond the three. Thank you for making these workouts so enjoyable that it makes me want to work out.

Thanks so much for a video that is low impact but has enough intensity to be challenging. My heart rate zones were equally split between aerobic and weight loss 😄. You move at a steady 140 bpm, and it works perfectly with my personal playlist at that speed. More please!

This was SUCH a great workout, I did it twice! I can't run for the week due to just finding out I have plantar fasciitis, but this made me SWEAT. HR up to 180 7.5k steps for both videos together (and I feel like my watch wasn't being very accurate). It was great! Thank you Caroline for another fantastic workout!

Thanks Caroline. Liked the cardio and weight combination! Combining both requires a bit of coordination so just went with heavier weights and no cardio movement at the end. Might try lighter weights next time! Thank you !! Xx 😘

I got 3,904 steps with a max heart rate of 157. For some reason, it takes me more steps than most to go a mile. I also have problems doing the lat raises for some reason (even without weights, it's tough to do the step and lat raise), so I just do the arm openers from an earlier exercises. But I do feel good.

Great indoor workout, Caroline. Have you considered doing a video on using the Apple Watch (or other trackers) and the metrics we should be looking for as we exercise with you?
i used an apple watch while doing this and comment often on my metrics.......
I guess I didn’t word this well. I use an Apple Watch as well. What I was suggesting is maybe doing a tutorial video on what metrics are important, how to do do them on an Apple Watch (and maybe others) and give info on what to look for as far as normal ranges. I’m thinking maybe it would be helpful info to people who are just getting started and maybe even to us veterans who think we know. I feel like you would lend some authority as to how these metrics and devices can aid us in becoming/staying healthy through movement. Or maybe you know someone with whom you could collaborate to do this. Just a suggestion. 😀💪🏻
