If you choose a brittish airways concorde in fsx, set payload to 0, fuel to almost 0 with unlimited fuel on, go up to 40 000 feet, accelerate and keep the same altitude for a few minutes and pitch straight up so that the plane goes vertical, you can reach 100 000 feet.
And if there was a pope simulator then the pope could be left around children, unattended, without any excitement.
But sadly she couldn’t.

During testing I believe the aircraft got unto 70,000 feet. I knew a Concorde pilot and he said that the aircraft just wanted to continue going higher and faster. I've been lucky to have flown on this aircraft and take-off at light weight was incredible. 0 - 250mph in 25 seconds!

You might notice that your speed is at around Mach1. You wont get to a proper 60k this way. Concorde flies Mach2. Thats where she gets to her full potential. Normally you perform a cruise climb for the last 10k ft. There's even a button on the Autopilot for that. And no, the Concorde is not equipped for suborbital flight, obviously :D
In cruise climb you easily reach FL600, but you will quickly notice, that even on FL620 the plane will barely climb at all, even when fuel is low and without pax.
That shows you why:

FL600 is basically inmidst of the stratosphere. Up there you're already hopping on the last bits of flyable atmosphere, any higher and you simply do not have enough gas pressure left to produce enough lift and thrust (since as you noted correctly, obviously, the concordes engines depend on atmosphere for combustion, unlike rocket engines :D ). Look at how with your 1.17M, your IAS needle already dropped down to 110kts IAS. Thats even below stall speed.

Edit: Also, The Concorde shouldn’t even go to that altitude in the first place. It’s unsafe, but possible..
