  • A gentle 15-minute vinyasa flow sequence with easy sun salutations for beginners to support the immune system and lymphatic system. You can do this practice at home in the morning or night for an immune-boosting practice.
    During cold and flu season, it's important to support our bodies in EVERY way we can, from eating healthy to managing stress to exercise. One extra thing we can do is support our lymphatic system, which is a central part of our immune system.
    We do this by contracting our muscles around the lymph nodes, which facilitates the flow of fluids through our lymphatic system.
    Begin your day with this gentle vinyasa flow routine, a few easy sun salutations for beginners and some exercises to support the lymphatic system. Be well, my friends!

    Thank you! This was an interesting experience for me. I got a headache and felt nauseous in the middle I was doing the video. I had to stop and then I just did the last few minutes.
    I'm recovering from Covid. Feeling much better. But maybe this was still too much for my body.
    But I love all of your videos. I love your style. I enjoy them a lot. ♥️
