In this 10 minute flow, I'll guide you through:
- a gentle tapping over the thymus gland to strengthen the immune system
- Poses that target the main areas where the lymph nodes are: throat/neck (neck stretches), arm pits (shoulder stretches) and in the groin area (hip openers/stretches)

The thymus gland is replaced by fat after puberty and basically loses it’s function

Before starting a yoga practice always check with your Primary Care Physician or family doctor first.
When you are sick (common cold, flu, Coronavirus etc) it’s better to rest, sleep and follow your doctor’s orders.
This Immunity boosting yoga video is to strengthen your immune system while you’re healthy and to prevent getting sick.

In this video I share what works for me to keep myself healthy and to keep my immune system strong. This video was made last year before Covid-19, during regular flu-season.
But in general, I believe in prevention and that it really helps to:
- relieve stress
- skip sugar
- get enough sleep
- get Vitamin D (sunlight, even when it's cloudy, you still get vitamin D)
- get enough clean fresh air
