This is the biggest project I have taken on, The bike will be completely stripped down to the frame, the engine will be removed for new piston rings to be installed, the wiring harness is going to be rewired and the entire bike overhauled, ready for spring 2020....I hope.

Hey man, just want to thank you for your videos. Not only are they thorough, but they're fun to watch and you have a warm presence - you've become pleasant virtual company as I try to rebuild my 1994 susuki intruder vs1400. I wanted to ask, which video shows the broken bolt solution? My bike hasn't been on the road in ten years and even with liquid wrench and wd-40, the right-side/rear cylinder head bolt snapped in the engine. The bastard's stuck in there like 10 inches down. I don't intend to break down and rebuild the engine, but I'm afraid of possible future problems that might cause. Can't seem to find a bolt-removal video in your playlist so if you have any advice, I'd most appreciate any word. Like I said, thank you for making these awesome videos.

Thanks for your kind words my friend. Really appreciated. At the moment there isn't a boot removal video. I did remove the bolt but there final product was not up to par and there was no way I could illustrate it as it would have likely lead to others damaging their cylinders, same as I. The concept however is very straight forward, if you were to search for cylinder bolt removal, there are lots of videos on what tools you'll need and the skills needed etc. If you did want to see how I resolved the issue, you can check out the video with the thumbnail "what did I do to deserve this". Let me know how it goes.

your tail fender will swing or become rigid. It would be nice to learn how you fix the new rear fender.
