This is the biggest project I have taken on, The bike will be completely stripped down to the frame, the engine will be removed for new piston rings to be installed, the wiring harness is going to be rewired and the entire bike overhauled, ready for spring 2020....I hope.

Well done, I spent a lot of time cleaning up that area. Lot of oil. I will need to keep and eye on it once Jon is back on the road.
Have a 93 intruder and came across your channel , don’t know shit about bikes lol but your vids are getting me thru it
Welcome to the intruder nation my friend.
Rally god audio! Great video!
Hey Hagar using your vids again this weekend on my Vs1400! They are so good, best videos for reference for working on these bikes... You should make your channel just vids like this for all popular bikes, could be a winner!
Cheers again mate
Thanks Anton, I have been considering a new bike project so we shall have to wait and see what happens once the VS1400 is back together :)
Really good audio mate
I really enjoy your videos I have an 87 intruder 1400 I to got it not running but I got it running and now I'm rebuilding it. Your videos really help.

สวัสดีครับ ถ้าโซ่ทิมมิ่งมันหย่อนละจะมีวิธีปรับตั้งอย่างไรบ้างครับ(ทั้ง2สูบเลย)
Thank you so much for your great videos!! You make me want an intruder 1400😆
Youre welcome Aki!
Hello intruder viking ! nice name :-) thanks a lot from switzerland for this video. I have a question, what do you thing to replace the original radiator by an oil cooler dual tube chrome.
I have a VS800 with front foot pegs, trying to find floorboards but nobody seems to make them for the VS800, If you could do a video showing how your floorboard are attached or removed that would be great. Love your videos.
Hey rich, thanks for your kind words and glad you are enjoying the videos. I'll add this to my video list for you :)
I geuss I was wrong about you, you tore your bike down but don't know where oil pump is? you didn't do a complete tear down.
...when did I say it doesnt have one Todd?
Oh I see, now I get it. Because I didn't respond to your other comment within 24 hours you felt the need to leave this comment to make a point. Well, good for you, best of luck with your build. Be sure to post your videos of your tear down so that everyone can see how good you are at mechanics.
@ DID YOU EVEN READ MY MESSAGE? i SAID YOU DID A COMPLETE TEAR DOWN, AND DON'T KNOW WHERE THE OIL PUMP IS, KEY WORD IS DON'T KNOW,NOT DON'T HAVE GOOD HELL MAN, AND YES, I WAS A BIT PISSY BECAUSE I JUST SPENT $2000, for the Suzuki dealer to rebuild my carburetors, that I had just done three times, and trying to get help from you, and getting ignored, it took you two weeks to reply, I thought better of you man, this world is full of assholes, and I was thinking you weren't one, sorry, but was I wrong?
@ not 24 hours more like two weeks, again I appologise, I thought better of you, I found where it is, why the hell did Suzuki put it where you have to tear the bike motor apart to access a oil pump, did they think it would last forever?
