I act never got abs! I tried to work on myself getting them! The last w I weighed myself! I was around 190! When I used to run with races! I went down to 160!! I can’t run anymore! I had to get hip surgery last year! I tried some different exercises to get lean and hopefully get Abs! I’m still working on it! Thank you for your helot! I know I need this

How are you taking in 1000 mg of caffeine?
ephedra works but high doose of caffeine can be dangerous with it specially if you are in very hot temperatures playing sports thats why it was banned off the counter else it was easily available, secondly not good to take ephedra everyday as it worked so good for me that i got addicted to it and started having issues. acetyl l carnitine with caffeine is better combination in general bro and more safe to use

To be fair, I didn’t look up fat dude vids. YT threw your Dubai/Miami short my way. I’m with the content AND the delivery of this vid though.
A lot of people tell me that training abs is a waste of time and to continue to simply focus on compound movements. They say you’ll get abs either way as you lose weight. Right now I weight 180lbs at 5’11” but I haven’t really noticed any abs. My question is should I continue to do compound exercises and drop the ab workout?
Brother. Do weighted ab exercises. Basically treat them like any other muscle. Add some lbs to the cable ab crunch and do weighted hanging leg lifts. Abs will pop to the surface much easier👍
