I’ve been going to the gym nearly every single day since October. I lost 40 pounds going to the gym for over a year. I slacked a little bit but this is my time to shine. I agree with you Brandon, it’s important to track what you eat. I mean billionaires track their money right? Military looks out what the opposition is doing. You need to look at what you’re doing and track it accordingly. Because sometimes we are our own biggest enemy.

@@yannikid I think a lot of it has to do with drinking honestly. It’s not good big I got a bit of a belly and big thighs mainly. And I eat 2 meals a day usually but it’s usually fast food.

I mean slow and suffering would be a shit method. Either you'll gets abs quicker with more suffering in a bigger caloric deficit or you're gonna do it slowly and more comfortably. If you're doing it slowly and still suffer you're doing something wrong
