    I remember watching Brandon all the time about 9 or 10 years ago. He had so much more info and he was so relatable. I happy your big balling now but I do miss the all Brandon. It's less great gym information and more marketing.

    Fasted cardio is the best way to drop body fat fast trust do a hour of fasted cardio in the morning and eat low cardio high protein during the day you will loose 1lb a day. Trust me I’ve done a few times

    I’m trying to reach 10% body fat as of now. I came all the way down to 13% and it’s gotten tough for me. What should I do to reach 10%? I’m 5’10 151lb & workout 3 times a week focusing on building strength.

      Reduce the number of sets you do per workout and go to the gym more often (aim for 5-6 days a week). That increase in activity is going to have a big impact on your metabolism.

    My feet started falling apart at 34-40k steps a week- planter fia. Tears, bone pain. Water, spinach leaves with a little olive oil and a chicken breast only meal. In other words increase food deprivation to compensate for having to do less steps. Skinny cut or my feet. Like crippled but damn look at those abs.

      Eat more red meat and eggs and your plantar fasciitis will disappear. Worked for me and 10,000 steps a day no problem!

    I drive a forklift but I walk 1500 steps a day even at work during down time I'm at work I do it in steel toe boots. I do my 1500 steps before I hit the weights any steps after 1500 is just extra.

      u do not have to get 7 miles of walking a day which is ruffly 14000 steps.....if u get a good 5 to 10 miles thats amazing I found the secret is dialing in the diet!!! good luck

    When they say 17k steps is that on a treadmill cos I do about 25k steps a day beacuse my work is allot of walking

      @@rq5304. It’s a crock of shit lol. It’s a fad. Put the incline all the way up on a treadmill at 2.5mph, for 20 minutes, 2-3 days a week. That’s a great place to start.

    It’s really quite simple. Be more active and burn more calories than you consume each day. It’s not rocket science.

      If I am more active it gives me more hunger and hurts my training. It's not that simple as you think. I hate this advice "be more active". Actually people have different metabolism. If your metabolism is slow like mine - hit the gym hard and have plenty of rest&sleep. DO NOT be too active. Fast instead.

    i have multiply my goal weight times 13 and i have to eat only 900 calories a day.

    Your videos are great, Brandon. But to be honest, no one really can or wants to relate to your guest Alan Gregory O’Gallagher or what ever he claims his name to be this week. We all relate to you and look up to you because you are a true self made man. Who had to fight for all you have and you earned all you had. If you weren’t grinding, you couldn’t pay rent. Greg simply lived at home, slept in until noon, partied all night, and had his house keeper pick up after him. While you were in the trenches hustling and grinding, Greg was taking a poop on his golden toilet and clipping his toenails. Then letting his maid vacuum up the nails. You built your brand because of YOU. Greg just lived off his parents allowance and moaned about his fathers passing (which there is a huge video documentary on CZcams now about the possibility of his fathers death not even actually happening??????!!). Anyways, keep up the strong work.
