Similar origin stories. I'm also a musician (I believe I'm pretty talented too) but I still have yet to figure out the business side of it (consistently at least). I turned to tech to supplement my income but now after about 3 years, I'm a network engineer and it's paying 6 figures+. Im still on my music grind but the tech side is extremely helpful. This video is hella inspirational.
@@TechTualChatter I play guitar bro! And drums is dope bro thats such as important instrument. Especially in church. I've been playing for 16 years. Got a whole bunch of content and I've played all over the country. The pandemic made everything hard but I'mma keep at it.
@@FloridaInvestor I got my CCNA and kinda got lucky stumbling upon a Network Engineering role with Cook County. But the CCNA, network projects, and right timing help tremendously. I do have an engineering degree from college also.

Landed my first job in cyber as a SOC analyst. I have Net+ and Sec+. I plan on transitioning to a Security Engineering or a Tier 2 Soc or Threat Analyst. My networking skills are somewhat shaky, should i restudy Net+ or get CCNA?
