From what I read the FTC only outlawed non-competes within the healthcare sector. And only 3 states have outlawed non-competes. Now I could be wrong, so that’s why I’m asking for the source.

This is for majority of workers nationwide. The FTC announced this April 23, 2024 with an effective date 120 days after Federal Register publication.
As a result, the US Chamber of Commerce (UCC) and the Business Roundtable filed a lawsuit less than 24 hrs later in attempt to counteract this.
Personally, I hope the ban sticks.

DeX is a gamechanger especially if you're in the tech field. Only thing missing is multiple monitor support. Once we have that, your phone will basically be your laptop. Take it to the office...dock and use it as your desktop. Being it home, dock and enjoy multiple 4k monitors and tech apps across multiple screens. Our Android phones are more than capable
