Currently in a cybersecurity bootcamp. This is great content. I was wondering if I need to go back to school to get a bachelor’s degree. I have no degree now.
The NOC is so boring. I barely did anything. I called ourselves "ticket monkeys" because all we did was creating tickets and kick it to tier 2 or to the network engineers. Not much troubleshooting but it was a great place to study for certs haha

Just depends on the company. If you can afford it a degree will help in the long run
Pitfall of entry roles if you do it too long it’ll get hard to get another entry role as they’ll have to pay you on a higher scale
