im looking forward to this, today ive actually done 135 total workout sessions with you this year and over 270 videos. Me finding that 60 day workout challenge changed my life way more than i expected, i was chubby before but now i am actually one of the most athletic people in my class. Its amazing how giving away 20-60 minutes a day to something can give so many benefits. Im hype for this program and starting tomorrow after i finish the 30 day challenge today.

Day 11 here. Started at 170 and currently sitting at 168. Hoping to be at or below 166 by day 21
Finished strong. 21 days straight. Some days due to time constraints I didn’t do both videos but I did something every day. Only two pounds down but definitely a lot more toned

Hello bully I been watching your videos for a few years and I was 400lbs and I'm so close to my goal of 170lbs. But the problem I'm having now is loose skin under the arms. What do you recommend that I do to tighten up the loose skin or is it even possible to tighten it up. I did the 60 day work out before this one, so it was a little easier. I wouldn't recommend this workout for beginners, it would be too easy to give up.

Ok so I will be logging in all my info for the full 21 days enjoy :)
I am currently almost 13 and a girl and last time I checked I was like 65kg+ maybe more and I am making it my goal to be under 60 kg
Day 1- Finished both exercises and felt great
Day 2- Finished both again was so hard could barely do most of the exercises ate unhealthy stuff such as pop and ice cream
Day 3- Finished both again both ate some unhealthy stuff such as chocolate :(
Day 4- FInished both again my parents just had to buy mcdonalds..
Very important for YOU: don't pull yourself down right now for eating stuff. Especially in the beginning you will power yourself out. Your body needs more food to adapt to the extra strain. You will also gain muscle, which will make you a tad heavier, so don't be suprised if you see a slight increase in weight in the beginning. Depending on your height you might also want to not drop too much in weight in the first place.
It's not a sprint, it is okay to eat unhealthy from time to time. The point is to gradually improve yourself to the point where you are happy with yourself.

I have a question. I started working out 2 weeks ago. On the first day for arms and chest, I did 5 sets of 10 push-ups while wearing a bookbag with 10 pounds in it, and I did 15 pull-ups. Since then, I've barely been able to do 1 regular push-up even though I don't feel sore anymore, and the workout was over 2 weeks ago. Did I injure myself?
If you've seriously hurt yourself you should be able to tell.
Are you getting enough water?
That's important for energy.
Are you eating enough?
If you're heavily restricting calories it might be that your body and muscles just don't have the energy and haven't been benefitting from the exercise.
Also are you working out everyday?
It's important to give your body atleast a couple days rest to fully recover because that's how you get stronger.
Especially if you've just started working out and your body isn't strong enough to handle the punishment yet.

What can really help for those who work out using smart TVs (where the descriptions of videos isn’t accessible) is creating a playlist with all the workouts for the program in order. Please take that into consideration next time. Also, it stops at 11; are we expected to repeat the program for the remaining 10 days? Just need that clarification.
