    Bruh.. I did this workout and went as hard as I could.. when I got done I felt great and it didn’t even feel like I went to hard.. this was two days ago, my butt and my hamstrings have been so sore and tender!
    On the flip side, I started at 334 pounds. I’ve been doing these work outs for around 3 months now and I’m currently at 278.. my goal is 200.. going to be there soon! Keep dropping fire man.

    Nice moves! Those one handed mountain climbers were tough! As for the rest, I thought I was in a dance/karate class. I'd rather do burpees and jumping jacks than the twist and air punches

    Started with you 3 months ago, lost 8lbs with a lifestyle change too. I still find jumping jacks hard! Lol in the beginning i could not side plank at all but now im up to 10 seconds!

    Yo man i am a new guy join this channel. Man this cardio workout was very perfect for me i felt burning kcal good. But to even do this you need to have an amazing mentality to continue. Thats what makes our consistancy. People like david goggins pull the hardest of hardest challenges because of thier amazing mentality. At last mentality makes it all.

    Awesome! I like to break 15 seconds at the end of the minute. Then alternate pushups and full body crunches when my ankles can't handle anymore! My ankles are so weak still and I've been doing this for at least a year.
