Bruh.. I did this workout and went as hard as I could.. when I got done I felt great and it didn’t even feel like I went to hard.. this was two days ago, my butt and my hamstrings have been so sore and tender!
On the flip side, I started at 334 pounds. I’ve been doing these work outs for around 3 months now and I’m currently at 278.. my goal is 200.. going to be there soon! Keep dropping fire man.

Awesome! I like to break 15 seconds at the end of the minute. Then alternate pushups and full body crunches when my ankles can't handle anymore! My ankles are so weak still and I've been doing this for at least a year.
