Great routine, "some"of us were surprised how hard the alternating KB rows were whist being strict with form,as always a lot more demanding than it looks.Great job.
Can you do a video like this for these same muscle groups in particular with just 1 Kettlebell? I have two but doing these exercises with different weights would be absurdly taxing.
@@CoachMANdler it was my first time swinging booth of my 35lbs KB. My daily routine is 33 minutes long doing exercises for 35 seconds long. I use the routine in clusters and worked in DB curls and squats. I was spent at the end. I am 57 and weigh in at 235 today and can start to see my Army shoulders again. Keep up the great work, I’ll generate motivation daily to work!

Chandler, is there a reason to not shrug during the farmers walk? When you say keep shoulders packed/depressed, do you mean just let your shoulders drop to the sides? Lookin forward to trying this circuit in the morning!

Just bought my first kettle bell. Just found your videos and want to try these workouts. Just curious how many kettlebells you have and the weights. I just bought one 35 pound.
Kettlebell weights have somewhat standardised colours. The red ones in his video are 70lbs because they have red stripes - search ‘girevoy kettlebell colours’. Chandler is ridiculously strong though. I have a pair of 35lbs a pair of 45lbs and a single 53lbs and that seems about right for me.
Did it this morning with 25kg dumbbells . Only problem was having to take 20 to 30 second rest periods in between exercises as I was so gassed . Would it be better to drop down a weight and do the circuit completely without any rest ?
@@CoachMANdler these style of workouts seem to be giving me more energy and mental clarity.I don't get that feeling after longer workouts. Is that something that tends to happen?

Shrugging doesn't insulate your shoulders. Depressing them helps you better engage lats to help keep strong and stable..

I've got from 26 lbs. all the way up to 97 lbs.
Do you do this for 2 rounds of bump up the weight?
