Inside this video, Coach MANdler shares a single kettlebell core cardio challenger routine that will SHOCK your body into fat-loss via a sharp spike in your metabolism, while simultaneously taxing your core to the max (via a ton of anti-lateral flexion work), and boosting your total body strength endurance. My only request is to have the last two years of KB videos collated within playlists for Single & Double Handed, Upper/Lower etc . The Kettlebell cardio is a great program so far. I’ve been on it almost a week tomorrow will be the first week. I’m already noticing a difference in my body comp. The work out is deceptively challenging. I love it because it works me hard, but I noticed I’m able to recover quickly to do the next day’s work effectively.
This is so very well thought out and effective , and does not beat up my 46 year old body. I’m confident that this free program will reduce my belly fat.

@@CoachMANdler I’ve been improvising 10 or fifteen minute circuits into maybe 3 to 4 full times through to hit my time under work goals. Kicking my ass in a good way. The docs literally can’t explain how I have so many brain and spinal lesions of great size… like 11 mm each… and I could suplex them without breaking a swear. Your approach has galvanized what I already knew. I believe one can always learn. I’m learning from you, and am grateful as hell for what to do.

Great short intense routines! At 68 yrs of age after many yrs in gyms...judo mats...throwing the
Kb is my go to tool in addition to sandbags..bodyweight etc! It's all about performance...being a beast....looks mean...Nothing! Lions care not how they look!

I’m doing your kettlebell workouts, but the difference is 95% calories and tracking the macros. Simple math I guess. But, it seems I’m almost infatigable. I must say that your channel changed my life. Simple, no nonsense. No click bate. Added in a little “ iron wolf” workouts and bang... six pack. Thanks again and I wish you well.

@@CoachMANdler Went well, wasn’t as hard as I thought, but I’m used to beating the living shit out of myself from CrossFit, which I don’t do anymore. Did it yesterday again, and went 5-4-3-3-1. I like doing that program, short and sweet.
Shockingly demanding used at the end of a normal workout after work,all that was said was WOW! and profuse sweating.This will be used sparingly indeed.

Last night I did simple lunges with kettlebells in the driveway to my apartment and my neighbor exclaimed she was shocked and I wasn't even shirtless.

Live the workouts! I use a 20 kilo KB. You find that it takes some time to go to bigger sizes or workouts like this to want to go heavier or higher sets with lesser weight? I reduced recovery time and still got gassed in under 20 mins .

What's your recomendation for kettlebell weight for beginner and for intermediate
Really depends on what your existing level of strength is and whether you're a beginner to training in general or just a beginner to kettlebell training. Good rule of thumb is to use the heaviest weight possible that still allows for you to execute each rep of the workout with proficiency (quality form)...

your physique is similar to bane in batman how long would it take to get your physique ,and isit all by kettle bell or normal weights ,i am naturally a fat person so i will never be ripped i have wide shoulders and long limbs ,any advice appreciated
It takes as long as it takes for you to realize that consistency in your training AND diet are the key to getting the physique you want. I know that's not the definitive answer you're looking for but it's the truth. You gotta be focused on the process more so than the outcome. But that said, yes, you can achieve that ideal outcome WITH kettlebells as your exclusive means of resistance.

When you say “shocking” should be used sparingly. When you mention that what would be the frequency of doing a workout like this? Once every week? 2 weeks? Once a month?

Great question. When i saw the huge volume of work i thought surely it was just one round, which it certainly could be as a finisher or when strapped for time. But Coach has prescribed 3 rounds so 3 rounds it is then!

For me the swing is THE best single exercise ever seen. I do 500 swings every morning with a 24kg then a nutritional breakfast. I've been swinging for 2-3 years and I'm still trying to grease the wheels of perfection. Thanks bro👍
