    Anyone serious about fat loss and a deep cardio workout,well hit this countdown KB swing,your lungs will be on fire as will your legs and back by the end.The tee shirt you wear will be soaked in your sweat,yes even if you are a meat head of 40+ years standing, as I watched my husband wring out his tee after this deeply demanding workout. Mr Chandler seems to have a plethora of workouts in his little black book that surprise and delight even the most hardened meat head.Keep them coming sir.

    I just picked up more hours at work. which means less time for workouts. this channel is like...late 80's Metallica. pretty darn good.

    I do this kettlebell challenger set at least once every 3 weeks and it pushes me to my limits everytime but I feel stronger and it has totally enhanced my overall strength and stamina!! Thank you Coach!! Your workouts make me feel like I'm going to live forever!!

    I've done this challenge/ladder routine once a week for the past three weeks. Definitely requires a little mental preparation before the pain/fun begins - like anything, the first time was the toughest. Awesome stuff man - keep up the great training!

    I don’t know if CZcams is mad at you, I’m subscribed to you, you’re the only workout video person I’m subscribe to and they will never show your videos to me on any of the feeds. I got a dig deep to find videos from you. Under the training section they don’t put your videos up all the videos I get are people that I’m not subscribe to. Seems kind of weird to me!

    I love it. Gonna try this but with a pair of 24kg have to modify the routine a little. I might not make it back. Been following your channel since the start of the pandemic and I've lost over 60 Lbs following some of the routines you posted. This shit works guys.

    I will have to give this brutal workout a go in the gym. Looks super challenging!
    Can you give some more detailed instruction on the Double Hand Swing? I see guys doing....er, TRYING to do these in the gym and I know they're not doing it correctly. I see them just dangling the kettlebell between their legs and swinging it back and forth. I remember reading something about you having to "pop" the weight up from thrusting your hips forward, that the movement is not from your shoulders, but rather from the hips. Please enlighten us.

      Mark Wildman in another good CZcamsr for kettlebell exercises. His technique videos are excellent. I love taking Wildman's techniques and variations and combining them the Chandler's workouts.
      I only have a 35lb KB, so sometimes I have to get creative.

    Gonna try this tonight, but I usually use a 75 lb bell for my 2-hand work, I’m thinking I should drop to the 50 lb bell to see how my form holds up, before jumping back up to that 75 lb’er..

    Hi, thanks for the great routine.
    At 2:14 min I might have spotted a minor mistake in the written explanations: czcams.com/video/W1Jp-al8nFg/video.html
    For walks, you usually specify the length. But this time, there is the same rep scheme as for the other exercices. And from what I see in the video, the goblet walk seems to be the same distance every time.

      You go for 10 reps each exercise, then 8, 6, 4 and 2 without a break. Use a heavy weight and you got 6 minutes of pain
