  • Hi, meatheads! In this video, coach MANdler takes you through a 50 Rep Kettlebell Workout for Faster Weight Loss.
If you’re a busy dude over 30, you need a different approach to burning fat and reviving your anabolic hormones to look good, feel good, and f... good as you age. That’s why I upload new videos every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday on this fitness channel to give you kettlebell beginner and advanced workout videos, including kettlebell fat loss routine, kettlebell training for strength, kettlebell HIIT workouts, etc. I will also share helpful tips and routines that you can do at home or in the gym using dumbbells, barbells, bands, body weight, and other strongman implements. These are designed to achieve maximum muscle development, burn fat for hours, increase core strength and ultimately help you move more explosively WITHOUT experiencing aches and pains from inflammation and overtraining. Best of all, these workouts typically only take 10 minutes or less, so you can get fast & dramatic results that help you look good naked and perform like a BEAST...without dedicating your life to fitness. Follow my videos if you want to look good, feel good, and f... good in under 10 mins a day.

What's YOUR favorite training tool? Kettlebells, barbells, dumbbells, or bodyweight?

*By functional I mean you can comfortably swing or carry it **bestgym.equipment** around as one would expect of a kettlebell weight. By versatile I mean the protective coating does not prevent attaching magnetic micro-plates to increase the weight, so, for example, a 35 pound kettlebell can be increased by up to 5 pounds in weight or possibly a bit more by attaching magnetic micro-plates.*

I just discovered the kettle bell , I’m 54 started getting into my health about 8 years ago post DIVORCE , I began with pushups then yoga , bicycling etc was doing really great I’m 6 ft. 195 lbs fit , then the magic kettle bell came along and absolutely took my fitness and body to the next level , I am jacked yes jacked . I love anything I can do at home or body weight . I am going to do your workout and know it will be an ass kicker
    Thanks again

Why is there only 90 comments here. This is golden nuggets to the max. Bruce was asked back in the 70's why he trained his back extensively. He replied "the back muscle group after the glutes is the biggest muscle group and will burn the most calories when you work it". Coach Marchman is taking that principal to a new level. He's working the back, working the glutes, working the legs and hitting every facet of the muscles, tendons, ligaments and all related tissue at once. I think if Bruce were still alive he's be hitting the kettlebells hard. Many thanks coach Marchman. ♥

This workout was perfect! Did it first thing in the morning and was energized the whole day. Used 16 Kg/35 Lbs (I am a skinny guy) and 1 minute break between sets, which for me was enough to ALMOST fully recover. Every single round I wanted to stop at the high pulls, but I kept repeating to myself that the set was almost over and pushed through. The next day I was just the right amount of sore. Thanks for the video, you have a new follower.

Here's a slightly easier variation that I've been doing with a 20 kg bell--the heaviest the gym down my street has.
    1. 1 arm snatch--5 reps each arm
    2. 1 arm high pull-5 reps each arm (elbow is pulled back with arm bent at top; bell is floating just above the shoulder)
    3. 1 arm clean and press--5 reps each arm (don't bend the knees for a thrusting movement; just square your hips in front)
    4. 1 arm swings--5 reps each arm
    5. 1 arm clean squats--5 reps each arm (arm is in the clean position with bell; squat down as low as possible ass to grass)
I put the squats at the end because they gas me. Putting number 5 in the middle will tax your cardio even more.
Do this 5 times or as many sets as possible.
I rest about 60-90 seconds between sets; walk around for an active rest.

Thanks for the workout. I had a few questions. Are we doing each exercise in total and then moving on, or doing each one for the desired reps, then moving on to next exercise, rinse and repeat 5 times total? My first time doing 5 total sets, i started with 35lb KB had to move to 25lb for remaining 3 sets. Did it in approx 2 minutes per round for total of 10 total working minutes, 1 minute breaks in-between rounds for total workout duration of 15 minutes. Wondering how everyone else approached this workout. Frequency per week, rounds, weight, total time, rest, etc. Thanks!

Not a big fan of the high pull with one kettlebell. That is really pretty much an upright row, with internal rotation of the shoulders. Do it with two kettlebell and externally rotate, and I would love it. But, the internal rotation is not great for your shoulder joints.
Otherwise, I really enjoy these. Trying to get a few others to do them. I have a teen I know who I really want to do them.

Perform it EXACTLY how you see me do it on video, rest for a few minutes, then perform 4 more rounds.

Are you doing each exercise back to back....rest....then repeat so you're doing a total of 5 sets? Or complete each exercise for the 5 sets then on to the next?

Each exercise back to back, rest, then repeat. Pretty much 5 times through exactly what he does in the video.
