    Hi my name is damian, 14 year old and 1.85 around 90kg i am trying to build arms and shoulder muscles to start pull ups etc etc and do some heavy training. i am lifting 15 kg weights i train my biceps and triceps mostly how do i grow them the quickest? ( for my age )

      Thank u. I thought it was pretty legit mark bell and silent Mike are allso. But wanted to ask u first because I trust u ur knowledge has only given me gains. That's why I've signed up for all ur courses. Plus I've gotten alot more limber and athletic.

      Aamir Hussain 3-5 sets done at the end of your workout will suffice.
