Just did 2 of your kettlebell core workouts. This one and the anti side bends one. I followed along. Did them back to back. Just 10 minutes of working out and I feel like I just did an hour of lifting and cardio. Wild. I'm soaked with sweat.
THIS is what I have needed for working out. Kettlebells! I should have done this years ago. THANK YOU!

      @@CoachMANdler It was interesting.
My weakness/rate-limiting step is the snatch -- I cannot do 'heavy' snatches, for me that is using 20kg KB, with my non-dominant hand for more than 2-3 reps (I know, I'm trying to improve); for the rest, 20kg is fine for time and reps.
So, at first I did the whole thing with 16kg KB, and it felt light. Then I substituted every exercise except the snatch with the 20kg bell & it felt challenging enough. To sort of 'compensate' for the lower weight in the snatch, and to increase TUT, I added 5 goblet squats at the end of the goblet walk.
Next time, instead of doing the snatch, I think I may simply do a clean & press (less ballistic, I know, but I can use 'heavier' wt, i.e. the 20kg KB). Is that okay, Coach? Or do you think the ballistic component of the snatch is the main reason behind programming this routine?
