I think in the first part he is teaching him to lean lower so that his opponent cannot use his frame to manipulate his neck and body weight. And then in the second part he is telling him to parry and punch the body at the same time, and then when his body punch lands he immediately goes for a headshot because his opponent should be slightly wincing in pain or too focused on the body shot now and that's why his coach acknowledged him and pointed and smiled at him. The second part is interesting to me because it's almost like Bruce Lee's jeet kun do. It was called the way of intercepting fist. It's also very similar to Mike Tyson's iconic body-uppercut combo
