Gonna try this asap, thanks a lot! I have a bunch of kettlebells but have never been able to move up in them as much as I've wanted. (My 50, my 80 and my 100 still feel just as heavy as they always did, despite my barbell lifts all going up through the years). Watching this I think inadequate TUT is my problem. Will start this tonight (with my 35 lol), thanks again!

Yo Manny, you definitely got to keep a log of these workouts. I started a while back and i'm up to 62 pages (4 workouts per page) of Coaches workouts with descriptions. I can't say i've done them all but when it comes to gym time i just pick a random page and hit up one or two Mandler workouts. It will definitley keep you motivated. Rather than the boring as shit Monday: back and bi's, Tuesday: chest and tries monotony.

I'm pretty new to kettle bell workouts and was wondering what would be a good weight to start with. I work out on regular basis now and used to incorporate weights for most of my routines, but have switched to doing mostly calisthenics and cardio for weight loss. I'm eager to get back to the weights and came across your channel. You have some killer workouts, but I was wondering what I should start with, especially while I'm getting the technique down. Any and all advice is welcomed. Thanks!

I prefer no to pass 50 lbs over the shoulder or vertical press due to the risk of injury, risk-benefit too low. if you injure yourself by poor technique or muscle fatigue that put you out of business for more than a month. You can achieve better results with 40 lbs double repetitions and get more muscle strength and overall benefits. for very fit fighters, 60 lbs would be the max safe limit would say.
