    I like the workout, but was skeptical of the olympic lifts at the end. Though understood the OHP should be your limiting factor. Once completed, great combo. 👍

    My only regret is not taking pics when I started following you to doc progress. I needed an adjustment from what I called the Coach Frayer workouts I have been doing since 1991...He was great and the routines worked well in my teens & 20's but life on the early side of 40 requires much more. I love it. Sincerely. Thanks.

      @@CoachMANdler i am down 9 -13 pounds. It fluctuates. Diet has been clean but not great the last six weeks. Weight isn't my issue as much as the maintenance of definition. Its way more difficult to be trim working the old methods. The KB routines are an incredible substitution for cardio...back into size 34 jeans with room to spare..need a belt. When I started the routines I leaned out noticeably and fast. I feel functional strength from my hands to my hips. Its great stuff C. Thank you. Keep it coming and I will keep swinging.

    Can’t find kettlebells in the store yet, but did this workout with dumbbells instead. Instead of OHP I did dumbbell thrusters for more quad work. Had a nice sweat going!

    Just to see if I got it right.. Steps a-f (in description) is one set. After that rest for 2-3 mins and repeat for 3 times. Looks extremely daunting. Going to try this today.

    Awesome routine! My heart was trying to burst out of my ribcage by the end! Today I swapped out the push up for a deep squat as I had already done some chest work. What do you think Coach?

    Some people have told me I need to get bicycle shorts for my kettlebell workouts. I workout in izods and the kb do get hung sometimes. I noticed in your workout the shorts you wear. What are those or are they just short ones that you can buy at Walmarts! I been looking and can't make up my mind what I should buy? Any suggestions will be appreciated.

      What kettlebells would you recommend?
      Got a 30lb set from Walmart (don't judge me🥴) that are pretty taxing but want to go up a bit.
      What weight would you recommend?
      Was looking at the Animal head joints but figured they be just for the look.

      After each round (what you saw me do on video) I rest 2-3 minutes before starting another...

      If this is too "beginner-ish", then I'd hate to know what a more advanced version looks like! By the way, if you only have one KB, you can always use dumbbells for this complex instead...
