      I finally got a kettlebell may have went a little too heavy for cleans and snatches. But good for swings and goblet squats. Any advice on getting used to heavier bells? I know the obvious answers is scale back to a lighter one which I'm considering. However any creative strategies to acclimate to the heavier bell?

      @@What__the__cale Practice! Get in that volume and you're gonna work up to being able to handle doing cleans and snatches with the heavier weight...

    I've learnt a lot from your videos and incorporated a lot of your sets into my training.
    It's time efficient and effective with results i can see.
    I'm 57 but feeling as strong when i was 30.

    Love your kettlebell workouts man! I don’t have kettlebells of the same weight available at my gym, i usually use dbells when i need to. Anyways just looking for more single bell stuff. You do a good amount of it too but just sharing my needs. Thanks again!

    i remember my wrestling coach back in 1991 when i was a little kid had kettleballs and no one knew what they were in florida. everyone only did bench, squat and deadlifts. he said that kettleballs where the future of training and no one believed him......

      I typically do horizontal pressing patterns (chest dominant) once per week and vertical press patterns (shoulder dominant) once per week as well...
