    The combination of this workout is great. I just substituted the dumbbells with the kettlebells since I don’t have dumbbells.. Yes keep the workouts coming!

    Loved this chest workout! Thanks again. I just got two new kb so I could start working more on my chest. Haven’t done as much since Covid-19 started other than body weight. Do you have any ideas for doing dips if I don’t have the dip machine you have?

    Great workout. I'm just surprised there weren't any KB squats added in this to trigger a growth hormone response on top of the rest.

      Flex Fridays are reserved for only the most meatheaded of upper body movements. As awesome as squats are, I'm not sure I've ever done one on a Friday...

    Hello! what is the weight of your kettlebells and dumbbels? kettlebells look like 32 kg but with dumbbells it's a little more difficult

    Hello Mr Marchman, i just got 2 12 kg Kb for my training, but those are starting to feel easy ¿What can i do for making it harder without buying new kb?

      Adding band tension is your best bet. But if that's not something that you wanna do, then simply increase the number of reps you perform in each set...

    Don’t press overhead when tired. It’s dangerous. Last thing you need is to drop a dumbbell on your head or loose your balance and stumble into that glass pained door.

      I like to think regardless of how pre-exhausted I am from a workout I'm never so out of it I'll lose my balance and fall through a window. Those are relatively light weights for me so I'm not all that concerned. Would be different if it were a heavy weight or more dangerous implement.
