    Holy crap. You've done it again Coach. A simple yet fully effective workout done in next to no time with a couple of cannon balls with handles. Ya'all can keep ya lat raises and tricep kick backs. Get on board the Mandler train!

    Hi Coach, as a 50 year old would you suggest a rest day between these type of workouts or is every day OK?

      Absolutely! A lot of times, as you age, the "less is more approach" is the best approach. Just make sure that on your "off days" you eat well and go on a walk to get your blood flowing...
