    i added 10 double kb front squats to start the workout and target more legs. now we're talking! great workout coach chandler. keep them coming!

    This is a fantastic kettlebell workout . Would you consider doing a video of you doing the full routine and various other double kettlebell workouts ? where you do the full 10 or 20 minutes routine and all your viewers can follow along with the video as you do it and talk them through the moves and help motivate , double kettlebells are a lot harder than single kettlebell . Keep up the great work and thanks for sharing .

      I'm on northeast coast of Florida, so I think it's gonna just give us some scattered showers for the next few days. Panhandle looks like it's gonna get ROCKED though.

      Chandler Marchman Far enough inland by Columbus, GA. But they are talking about school closings cause were in the path.
      I’m on the Georgia Search and Rescue team. May get deployed to south GA. Another good reason to stay in shape. I want to be able to help my team and the people we protect. Wonder if I can sneak a kb in my pack for the down time? 😁

    Great workout but confused how this can be done in 12 minutes? Is each exercise done for the sets and reps mentioned and then move on to the next exercise or is this a circuit based routine? Thanks in advance

      It’s circuit based. Pretty much go through the circuit he does in the video 3 times with 2-3 minutes rest between circuits.

      For more of an emphasis on fat-loss, 2-3 minutes....For more on performance gains, 3-4 minutes.

    2 hour workouts ?? those former training paRTNERS barely lasted 45 minutes with me, NO talk . no 3-5 minute break between sets, only for strongman training .
