44 year old man. Was having chess pain and thought I was on the verge of having a heart attack. what did you eat before ? fast food everyday:/? you might get healthier if you start cooking yourself because in the fastfood they put all sorts of garbage in there to improve the taste and the durability of the food. unfortunately our durability suffers under it:(. chris has always helped people however his diet isnt perfect believe me this comment is for you:) if you wanna heal start eating natural substances that means no sugar whole grain diet and if you have the power to do so. It takes a lot of will power though cause we develope addictions to additional spices;) in our food. my experience is to only eat foods that are war like you find them in nature. love you bro

The funny thing is I was never ever able to do an L Sit, I watched 1 of Chris's videos and was able to L Sit within a day, now I can L Sit for upto 10 seconds. Thanks Chris, changed my life in so many way! Massive Inspiration too!

Hi Chris. When i 1st watched your video about exercises it looks to easy. But when i tried it, it was pretty hard for me especially i'm a bit on the chubby side yet. Now, i can't do exercises because i went to a surgery not long ago. I'm frustrated to not work out. Luckily i found this video. I can maintain my weight with a healthy diet and hopefully i could push forward to working out and be healthy and fit.
By the way, i was 110kg last 2019 and now i'm 81kg . Trying to watch what i eat and like what you said, eat healthier snacks. I prefer making my meal so as i know what i put in it.

Blueberries may seem expensive to eat daily but if you buy on sale you can freeze them then just defrost as you need them. I get package of them for one dollar each on sale and buy at least 5. that's about 25 dollars worth of berries for 5 bucks.
