  • Washing your face with the right water temperature will make all the difference for healthy skin and a beautiful complexion. #drmandell #facewashing #skin
Warm water helps plump your skin which makes your pores "appear" smaller after all said and done. Yes warm and hot does open pores initially. Taken from a dermatologists opinion.

I always used warm water to cleanse and open pores and then cold water by itself afterward or with a moisturizer to close the pores up and condition the skin. It's worked well for me over the years.

Hot, but not too hot only from your shoulders down. No hot on your head, hair, face and neck. Then warm on face and neck followed by cold over whole body. It helps support the part of the immune system that triggers fever.
