    I've seen and done enough workout videos that I can tell just by watching how much each move will hurt. But I really need something for my obliques so def doing this tomorrow (I'm beat today after doing the stand up flat stomach exercise)

    I'm 13 nearly 14 and I'm strong on my legs and I'm really muscly there but my arm aren't, I can't do a push up with out it hurting, please can you do a video on that! Thanks:)

      Depends on how much fat you have to lose. Personally I don't think this workout alone will help you see a big difference, but it will help. You should check out Chloe Ting's CZcams channel, she has a bunch of ab videos. I've been doing them for a little over 2 months now, and my lower stomach pouch disappeared and my abs look more toned. The most important thing though, is your diet. No junk food, fat fried foods, sugary foods, etc. Good luck!

    Hi, I hv been doing HIIT n strength training..and my hair has started to fall considerably...Can u please help me on that...as I don't wanna quit these workouts n also don't wanna lose my strands...:(

      mina sam its not because you are working out it is probably your diet. My hair started to fall out again since Im trying to cut back a little.. The best is checking your blood & make sure u eat enough & healthy :)
