      I think they are just moving their mouths and then they are adding it after, so basically lip syncing it

    Is it normal to have your bones crack every time you do the butterflies crunches. Bc my legs like come out of their joints

      some popping can be normal if you're tight, but if it is painful make sure you stop and try a different exercise. :)

    Kyack move is my favorite. I noticed when I lifted my feet off the ground, my lower back collapsed a little bit. Any tips on how to prevent that? Thanks!

      Make sure that you are engaging your lower core muscles and that you have a strong back to support:)

    I love ana! Ive been doing pop sugar fitness exercices for a while now! Love them!! I alsooo love love your workouts. Super easy to do at anytime and anywhere. Soo portable! Loved this video!

    OMGARSH! I love love this quick ab set. Especially since I have a bad tailbone from falling off a horse a few years ago, and doing this I had no problems at all!! Thank you ladies!!!! I'm so excited to do this five days a week now! 💗

    My favorite move was the plank with the arm rotations. That was H-A-R-D!!! I couldn't get through them all, but I felt my abs immediately on that move. My upper body strength is partly to blame for that. I still have to modify my pushups occasionally and do them on my knees when I'm doing high reps. So, the hardest part was staying in the full plank the whole time. I'm going to add that move to my routine. It gives me something to work up to.

    Loved the reverse bird dog. Really effective for lower belly which is where I need to concentrate. The 5 minutes went really fast so I know it was a good workout!

    this is great but I think I've been doing so much planking that doing this workout was a breeze for me, I didn't even feel hot after it. and yes I did it properly

    My fav excercise is the kayak with legs lifted. You can definitely feel the burn there. This workout is quick but it was all worth it on my abs!

    I've just been on a mission to get healthy. I've done a program called ph@tt (gut detox) and now 33kg lighter 4 months on and I'm a new person but now am looking for 5 to 10min workouts I can do at home. These are wonderful thank you
