I live in illinois an my lawyer never brought up her different statements the fact she arrested me after coming to the hotel room the nite before refusing to leave my room goin to get a drink at the bar saying dhe was my girlfriend an to charge the drink to my room to find me an having me arrested the day b4 my bday!!!! Went to trial she didnt show didnt bring her witness my son who after 2 years they droped my child abuse charge, then nolle my donestic then reindicted me then had pictures they didnt have at first trial then cop said things he didnt say in his police report,,, my lawyer never brought up any of this an I was convicted!!!! God i wish i had you,,, my life is now ruined,,, god bless you for all you do for helping men that are wrongfully charged over a jelous women!!!! I know women are abused an i totally hate men that hit or hurt women but there are truly some inocent men that are wrongfully accused?? You sound like a greT lawyer but an even better person for all u do for men God bless u again
My ex, and I broke up and he wanted me to move out so he called the police and told them I stole a gun and I was suicidal which, of course was a complete fabricated lie so when that didnât work, he filed a restraining order.

My ex partner planned for me to go for a walk so she could pack my stuff and have people remove me from the place. It was traumatising and i had no say. The police were never called and the police never helped me i went homeless. Then i end up with a dvo and i havent spoken to her for a month and there was no violence and in the order truths were twisted to make me look bad. My lawyer said i can rebute it. Mental health can cause people to create false accusations. I literally respected her wishes to leave her alone and end up with a order. Soon i go to fight it and hope i win because im innocent. Im losing my mind and its taking a massive toll on me. Thankfully the order applied to the courts isnt a criminal one its civil. But i still dont want this ruining me
Court said no jury for mine because the crown chose summerary, not indictable.
Iâm the victim in my boyfriends case trying to get the case dropped.

I was hit while 7 months pregnant by my ex⊠thereâs a police report⊠photos⊠yet his defense it Treacherously attacking my credibilityâŠ
which I understand is his job⊠however heâs actually lying, point blank, to the judge during a bail hearing, and I was just shocked and appalledâŠ
not only for the lies, but this man, the defense attorney is incredibly unprofessional and almost taking glee in what heâs doing against me⊠itâs almost comical to see and kind of patheticâŠ
I did however make him look pretty ridiculous in court during my testimony- the prosecutor told me after sheâs never seen him act like that beforeâŠ
he tried to trip me up, but I came equipped with the truth⊠and confident about itâŠ
ya know whatâs funny⊠while going against me to the judge, he said he hasnât see that kind of veracity in court for yearsâŠ
which is funny because I donât think thatâs what he meant to say đ I mean, he was saying it in a derogatory way, but um⊠Iâm pretty sure itâs a compliment đ
Heâs just mad cuz I when I went up against him in court, Its like I walked into his sand box, took his crown, kicked over his castles and gave him a wedgieâŠ
That wasnât my intention⊠it just happened that way⊠he lost his cool under pressure⊠I didnât⊠but now he seems to have an almost personal vendetta against meâŠ
Which is unfortunate because he wants to take this case to trial⊠itâs like he forgot how precise and damaging my testimony was⊠so instead of advising my ex to take the deal⊠he wants to try and battle meâŠ
But⊠can he lie like he did?
He literally lied to the judge. I watched during a zoom hearing⊠and It blew my mind⊠I didnât know that was allowedâŠ
