  • Hy! Are you ready for this? This 15 min workout will help you burn a looot of callories and you' ll have fun while doing it! You' ll be very sweaty and tired afterwards, but you' ll also feel really happy and powerful, so it' s worth it! 😉😃😃đŸ’ȘđŸ”„đŸ”„
    It' s 13 exercises, 30 sec each, 10 sec rest inbetween. You don' t need any equipment for it.
    I' ll explain you the exercises in first round, but I' ll be quiet in second round, so you can just relax, listen to music and concentrate on movements! 😃😃
    If you want a longer workout you can repeat this routine, or combine it with some other workouts on my channel! I suggest some strenght routine, it will be a killer combo! 😉
    Don' t forget to stretch before and after exercising so you don' t injure yourself!
