for everyone that want to know if this works, read this! It's been a month since i started doing this exercises daily, and I sware.. it works! there is such a difference between my posture of 1 month ago and now, sooo DO IT, its worth it!
Ok I've been doing this workout for a month or something and my posture is actually good now, my neck bump is starting to get back to the healthy position. I can't even slouch like I used to, even forcefully I can't bend my back like that ❤ It's only 10 minutes and some of those exercises are still too hard for me to do but I still got results, I also had some break days because of work so If you see that comment - just do it, it's only 10 minutes it works
Listen everyone!!! I've been doing this routine for 2 months and just now I've realized that the point of the third exercise at 2:40 is that *you have to keep your neck in an horizontal position aligned with your body* . That's what Emi means when she says "keep your shoulders together". That excersise is for strengthening *the neck* , not the body.
@@nonono777 Not much about posture BUT I've been doing more advanced workouts and I firmly believe that these easier videos helped me a lot to get more movility, You should defintly keep going.

Day 1 :- ✅ Day 2 :- it is felling like some one pushing my upper back and neck ✅ Day 3:- okay, I can feel some difference ✅ Day 4 :- ✅ Day 5 :- Almost straight but I think I should do it atleast for a month. ✅ Now I am here after 3 weeks and now I can say that my back is properly straight, I have a proper posture as I want. But ya if you want perfect results then do it daily atleast till a month that I think so I am already straight but still I am doing this workout because they are just of 10 min so we can do this in our daily life
I'm on one months of this exercises combined with some others for neck hump. It didn't just improved my posture, but my self confidence also. The most important, I feel healthier mentally, just because I stick to this routine, it made it easier to believe in myself again!! Thank you
This is the most effective workout I’ve tried it’s easy and not tiring. My back was hurting and after doing this the first time the next day my pain dissappeared. Gonna continue it.
I've been doing emi's workouts for more than a month now and im seeing results. i tried tons of workout vids but they didnt work for my body lmao. she really motivates me.
Starting from february I'm gonna eat healthy, take a 30 minute walk everyday, 3 times a week treadmill, do this workout everyday for posture, drink A lot of water. I hope by the end of the year I already have a more amazing body. I'm 14 btw and I think I lose weight kinda fast because when I started in september and ended in november I lost 7kg.. so i'm gonna do this this year and hope I will look better. Suggestions: if you usually sleep on your sides, use 2 pillows so that your shoulders will remain straight. If you sleep on your back, sleep without pillows so that you won't have a back hump. I found relief from shoulder's pain with the 1st method but the 2nd method is even more effective, obviously with this 2nd method you must sleep ONLY laying on you back during the whole night. If having no pillows feels unconfortable , you can put something like a blanket or a very thin pillow. My shoulders where curved because for a long period of time I slept on my sides with just one pillow. If you maintain the same position 9 hours per night your body will adapt to your sleeping posture, so it is fundamental to have a good one!
Same problem:)! Now i sleep with only one flat pillow and i söeep much better und i feel also better. Only sleep on my back is a little hard to hold. But its kind of psychic. If u know that deep in ur mind than u stay sleeping on ur back. I know that because i needed to after an surgery for a time and it works.
@@oikawakai3822 you should use 2 pillows, together their height should be more or less of the same space between your shoulder and your neck. I suggested 2 pillows because it's hard to find one that stays of the same height when you put your weight on it, and because in this way you can easily remove one of them if you want to sleep on your back, and in this case the one that you use should be the less high
@@oikawakai3822 you need to learn to sleep on ur back without pillow. Its the most healthy. 4 hours sleep feel like 8 hours sleep:) otherwise i sleep on my stomach without pillow, its good for shoulder stretch
i always slept with one pillow, and having to sleep with 2 is very uncomfortable! thru the night i move a lot, and i sleep on my sides mostly.. do you have any suggestions bc i can't sleep with 2 pillows?

@@owais4856 I don't remember exactly, but I think you can feel the change even after a week. Somehow the back is not hurting , and you find it easier to stand up straight. You feel good in general
@@parkangeela2070if you stop exercising your posture might get bad again. because in our daily lives we look down on our phones and sit on the desks in the wrong ways. and if we don't always exercise our body will get lazy. so you should exercise everyday to always be healthy and have a good posture!!
@@parkangeela2070no, your back needs to be trained until it gets used to the right position and there is no pain.Usually 2-3 months if you exercise frequently.
I need to thank you. I've started doing your exercises plus other back strenghtening ones and my back pain that I've had for years, have finally started dissapearing. It took 5 or 6 months to feel results but it was worth it. My posture has been imroving too. Don't lose hope guys!!!

day 1 : done, my shoulder start to feels nice after doing this exercise day 2 : done, feels harder than day 1 but its very great! the 2nd exercise hurts a lot though day 3 : done, when i see myself on the mirror, i just realized that my shoulder (that is usually look down, is now high) is improving a lot! my neck still looks like a turtle even tho its much much better than before. im really happy!! day 4 : done, the exercise is getting easier and fun to do! i feel lazy but still do it (if i skip 1 day i will proceed to skip everyday it ahhaaha) day 5 : done, so i skipped for 2 days and my back start going weaker. i think u need to do this regularly for one month straight for the result to be permanent! but i swear, this workout really worked on me and ill try to do this for one month without skipping :D day 6 : done, feels great!! day 7 :
to motivate myself to exercise I imagine what my body will look like after solving this problem and how I'll wear tight clothes without shame and how I will become confident.

@@nonono777 same here, after searching for her video on how to make your legs longer i noticed that my heels don't touch the ground on most exercises so I'm gonna have to do it on a daily basis. You should try it too it on her channel !
Being a student and a tall one at that, sitting all day long made my posture suck. I had round shoulders and slightly hunched shoulders. I started these 10-minute exercises about 2-3 months ago and while it wasn't DAILY, I still managed to follow it 5 times a week. While my shoulders are still round, I can feel the change in my posture. the exercises are a great muscle tension reliever and oddly, it makes you more conscious about posture, I found myself correcting my posture several times a day. During the initial days, I couldn't do the downward dog pose, so instead, I bent down fully but with my legs apart as much as my muscles permitted and I walked in the same spot in this pose. and now I'm able to do it just fine! so yeah, go for it, be consistent and you're sure to see results!

Just a tip that I found helpful for myself: When tryin to nail these moves, try to understand that you won't be able to maintain as well of a good form as her. I mean it's impossible! Because us 'forward heads' (as I like to call it), have certain muscles which have shortened, and some which have lengthened in the passage of time. Bringing us into this new forward-head posture. The important thing here is to do the work out properly (focusing on the proper contraction of the back-muscles), all the while maintaining a form which works best for you! I wish y'all all the best with your 'posture recovery' ❤

I’ve been doing this for two weeks now (and I’ve never been this consistent with exercises - that’s my problem, so thank you for making such a quick and relatively easy workout). My posture has become soo muuuuuuch better! I don’t slouch so much anymore and my computer neck looks better. I wish I knew sooner that it could be fixed this easily 😢 but now I do! Thank you Emi ! I’ve seen a lot of people do days but not do results so I will do everyday for 31 days and record results! Day 1: ✅ Backs stretched out really nice no results yet Day 2: ✅ Back feels good and cracked a lot through out no changes but hurts less when in good poster positions Day 3: ✅ Noticed that i’m a little less slouchy not by much but still improvement and less back pain Day 4: ✅ Did this on top of an hour of weightlifting and volleyball conditioning this felt good and gave a needed stretch no more improvement feels better in good poster positions Day 5: ✅ I haven’t had as much back pain once starting this I used to get intense back pain especially before that time of the month but this has stretched out my back so good no more results yet Day 6: ✅ Did not want to do this today but pushed through anyway helped give a needed stretch but no results yet Day 7: ✅ Did this a lot earlier today because i’m busy and did this on top of weightlifting and volleyball conditioning no progress yet *Taking a week off because on vacation and just got a puppy*
Day 1: Doing this and another one to help me with a hunched back (Constantly hunching over my drawing pad at work and then my tablet at home) - Feels like I'm dying while I'm doing it, but afterwards I feel stretched and awesome. Day 2: Still a bit sore from yesterday, a hot bath helped me though. It seems to actually hurt more this time, probably because my muscles know what's up. I totally failed the last one, but once again feeling stretched and sore but awesome.
I felt so good after doing this exercise ...I could see my hump increased since 2 days and felt pain so I searched some exercise and got this video recommended. I'll keep updating. Day 1 ✔️ felt good and pain relieved but muscles felt sore later on. Thank you so much ❤️

Sooo, while I started with these short videos focusing on specific areas, they helped me to actually start a proper workout routine, and now I have been exercising consistently for a year and lost about 10kgs! I eventually stopped doing these videos but I often add these on, on my regular workout. I saw all the comments today haha

For anyone just starting their journey, IT WORKS! Please don't give up. With daily effort, your posture can literally become unrecognizable. It's possible and SO worth it! Be sure to focus on all 3; stretching, behavior, and strength (in that order). =)

I have decided to do this every day until next summer (if it is possible to fit in my schedule and environment) I want to update my progress each week. ✅️Week 1: Did it every day, some days also 2x. My back already feels easier to hold straight for a longer periods of time, for example when I am meditating. This morning, the back muscles were even a bit sore. I have a good feeling about this. :) Gonna keep going. ✅ Week 2: Did it every day, again, some das twice. I remember to keep my back straight way more often than before. Some exercises feel easier, some just as hard. Happy to keep going. :)
doing this for 14 days: ✅day 1: Im feeling really dizzy and sleepy. My back feels amazing and when i sat down i would feel that my back isnt that croocked like it was before(atlest for now). Doesn't hurt like it always did.
HOLA, no hablo ingles pero si pude hacer los ejercicios y entender lo q decía (si puedo entender el idioma, pero me trabo demasiado a la hora de armar oraciones), espero que aun asi puedan entenderme a mi. tengo 17 años y siempre estuve encorvada, desde primaria tengo ese mal habito debido al bullying y hasta el día de hoy sigue afectandome pero no de manera tan grave, en fin, estos ejercicios me estan ayudando muchisimo, ya no sufro dolores de espalda fuertes como hace una semana, enserio lo recomiendo!! muchisimas gracias

So when your posture became better did your height become 1 or 2 cm taller ?because bad posture makes height a little shorter

This might be because of- forward head-neck posture. Just search FWD and those will focus more on your neck.

This is the most effective workout I’ve tried it’s easy and not tiring. My back was hurting and after doing this the first time the next day my pain dissappeared. Gonna continue it.

Starting from february I'm gonna eat healthy, take a 30 minute walk everyday, 3 times a week treadmill, do this workout everyday for posture, drink A lot of water.
I hope by the end of the year I already have a more amazing body. I'm 14 btw and I think I lose weight kinda fast because when I started in september and ended in november I lost 7kg.. so i'm gonna do this this year and hope I will look better. Thank you for motivation!!

Suggestions: if you usually sleep on your sides, use 2 pillows so that your shoulders will remain straight.
If you sleep on your back, sleep without pillows so that you won't have a back hump.
I found relief from shoulder's pain with the 1st method but the 2nd method is even more effective, obviously with this 2nd method you must sleep ONLY laying on you back during the whole night. If having no pillows feels unconfortable , you can put something like a blanket or a very thin pillow.
My shoulders where curved because for a long period of time I slept on my sides with just one pillow. If you maintain the same position 9 hours per night your body will adapt to your sleeping posture, so it is fundamental to have a good one!
Same problem:)! Now i sleep with only one flat pillow and i söeep much better und i feel also better. Only sleep on my back is a little hard to hold. But its kind of psychic. If u know that deep in ur mind than u stay sleeping on ur back. I know that because i needed to after an surgery for a time and it works.

@@oikawakai3822 you should use 2 pillows, together their height should be more or less of the same space between your shoulder and your neck. I suggested 2 pillows because it's hard to find one that stays of the same height when you put your weight on it, and because in this way you can easily remove one of them if you want to sleep on your back, and in this case the one that you use should be the less high
@@oikawakai3822 you need to learn to sleep on ur back without pillow. Its the most healthy. 4 hours sleep feel like 8 hours sleep:) otherwise i sleep on my stomach without pillow, its good for shoulder stretch

in our daily lives we look down on our phones and sit on the desks in the wrong ways. and if we don't always exercise our body will get lazy. so you should exercise everyday to always be healthy and have a good posture!!

day 3 : done, when i see myself on the mirror, i just realized that my shoulder (that is usually look down, is now high) is improving a lot! my neck still looks like a turtle even tho its much much better than before. im really happy!!
day 4 : done, the exercise is getting easier and fun to do! i feel lazy but still do it (if i skip 1 day i will proceed to skip everyday it ahhaaha)
day 5 : done, so i skipped for 2 days and my back start going weaker. i think u need to do this regularly for one month straight for the result to be permanent! but i swear, this workout really worked on me and ill try to do this for one month without skipping :D

I’ve been struggling with my posture for ages to the point where it’s caused me a lot of back pain, I’ll try this when I have time!!

Being a student and a tall one at that, sitting all day long made my posture suck. I had round shoulders and slightly hunched shoulders. I started these 10-minute exercises about 2-3 months ago and while it wasn't DAILY, I still managed to follow it 5 times a week. While my shoulders are still round, I can feel the change in my posture. the exercises are a great muscle tension reliever and oddly, it makes you more conscious about posture, I found myself correcting my posture several times a day. During the initial days, I couldn't do the downward dog pose, so instead, I bent down fully but with my legs apart as much as my muscles permitted and I walked in the same spot in this pose. and now I'm able to do it just fine! so yeah, go for it, be consistent and you're sure to see results!

Just a tip that I found helpful for myself:
When tryin to nail these moves, try to understand that you won't be able to maintain as well of a good form as her.
I mean it's impossible! Because us 'forward heads' (as I like to call it), have certain muscles which have shortened, and some which have lengthened in the passage of time. Bringing us into this new forward-head posture.
The important thing here is to do the work out properly (focusing on the proper contraction of the back-muscles), all the while maintaining a form which works best for you! I wish y'all all the best with your 'posture recovery' ❤

Day 1: ✅ Backs stretched out really nice no results yet
Day 2: ✅ Back feels good and cracked a lot through out no changes but hurts less when in good poster positions
Day 3: ✅ Noticed that i’m a little less slouchy not by much but still improvement and less back pain
Day 4: ✅ Did this on top of an hour of weightlifting and volleyball conditioning this felt good and gave a needed stretch no more improvement feels better in good poster positions
Day 5: ✅ I haven’t had as much back pain once starting this I used to get intense back pain especially before that time of the month but this has stretched out my back so good no more results yet

Day 1: Doing this and another one to help me with a hunched back (Constantly hunching over my drawing pad at work and then my tablet at home) - Feels like I'm dying while I'm doing it, but afterwards I feel stretched and awesome.
Day 2: Still a bit sore from yesterday, a hot bath helped me though. It seems to actually hurt more this time, probably because my muscles know what's up. I totally failed the last one, but once again feeling stretched and sore but awesome.

Sooo, while I started with these short videos focusing on specific areas, they helped me to actually start a proper workout routine, and now I have been exercising consistently for a year and lost about 10kgs! I eventually stopped doing these videos but I often add these on, on my regular workout.

I have decided to do this every day until next summer (if it is possible to fit in my schedule and environment)
I want to update my progress each week.
✅️Week 1: Did it every day, some days also 2x. My back already feels easier to hold straight for a longer periods of time, for example when I am meditating. This morning, the back muscles were even a bit sore. I have a good feeling about this. :) Gonna keep going.
✅ Week 2: Did it every day, again, some das twice. I remember to keep my back straight way more often than before. Some exercises feel easier, some just as hard. Happy to keep going. :)
doing this for 14 days:
✅day 1: Im feeling really dizzy and sleepy. My back feels amazing and when i sat down i would feel that my back isnt that croocked like it was before(atlest for now). Doesn't hurt like it always did.

HOLA, no hablo ingles pero si pude hacer los ejercicios y entender lo q decía (si puedo entender el idioma, pero me trabo demasiado a la hora de armar oraciones), espero que aun asi puedan entenderme a mi.
tengo 17 años y siempre estuve encorvada, desde primaria tengo ese mal habito debido al bullying y hasta el día de hoy sigue afectandome pero no de manera tan grave, en fin, estos ejercicios me estan ayudando muchisimo, ya no sufro dolores de espalda fuertes como hace una semana, enserio lo recomiendo!! muchisimas gracias
