Good day Attorney Jeff, this lesson is about the BAIL and its FORMS. I learned about the RULE 114 SEC. 1 BAIL DEFINED that bail is the security given for the release of a person in custody of the law, furnished by him or a bondsman, to guarantee his appearance before any court as required under the condition here in after specified. First is we know what is bail, under Section 1 of rule 114, Bail is the security given for the release of a person in custody of the law, furnished by him or a bondsman, to guarantee his appearance before any court as required under the conditions hereinafter specified.
