I've learned that after 30 days of arraignment the pre-trial should be held. And what are considered in Pre-Trial Conference First is the Plea Bargaining second Stipulation of facts (these is the chance the prosecution and defense will agree on things), third Marking of Identification of Evidence (mark the evidence), waiver of ojection the second is the Modification of the order of trial, the last is the expeditious trial.

Today I've learned about the Pre- trial Conference And I discovered that the Pre -trial could be held 30 days after the Arraignment And it up to the judge to decide whether or not to resume the pre-trial proceeding until the 30 days the deadline of the order to complete the prosecutor sooner. In pre-trial conference the first thing will happen is the plea bargaining meaning instead of heavy crimes they will ask to change it into the crimes that have minimal punishments. Good day po Sir. I learned that in general, Pre-Trial shall be held within 30 days after the Arraignment. However, it can be held immediately after the arraignment and plea(rekta na). Jeffrey Bajita, In this video I learned that Pre trial shall be held within 30 days after the arraignment however, there are file cases that Pre-trial is immediately apply, and the factors considered in the Pre-Trial Conference such as Plea bargaining, Stipulation of facts, Marking for identification of evidence again, Waiver of objections to the admissibility of evidence, Modification of the order of trial if the accused admits the charge but interposes a lawful defense, and Such matters as will promote a fair and expeditious trial of the criminal and civil aspects of the case.
