I am disappointed that we don't have a payware Tiger in MSFS2020 - nor currently a DC3/C47 but it is good to see that the jet jockeys, although many enthusiasts and developers seem to gravitate to them, don't have a monopoly. Real flying, it has been said, is getting down in the weeds, or words to that effect. I appreciate all forms of aviation but low and slow and "seat of your pants" is really where the most fun is.

Oh my god girl you’re killing me with these reveals. Just one more of my favorite airplanes after another! I emailed them months ago to ask them if they were going to make this for MSFS, and didn’t get a reply. I am so stoked about this. I’ve been trying to get different developers to make a quicksilver MX for well over a decade, and this aircraft was the closest I could get to an ultralight with a wire braced high-dihedral wing. I loved it for FSX, and I will probably fly it almost daily for the new simulator!!!

Would you say this was less tricky to take off in than the Top Rudder Solo 103? It's easy for me to get in trouble and stall out right after takeoff in the Top Rudder, and that can be part of the fun sometimes but I think I do have room in my hangar for another ultralight that's slightly more forgiving.

    • @AvAngel

Anthony has always been one of my favourite developer in the past. Happy to see that he finally decided to make a MSFS version of his aircrafts. I would have preferred a new Tecnam Sierra, but ... this is also interessant. Such aircrafts are gorgeous for MSFS VFR flights. A shame that this is an only australian LSA aircraft, never seen it in another country. From the video I don't understand if the quality of textures are at MSFS standards ( pilots don't seems particularly well made) but however is a "welcome" for this brave and serious developer.

No chance... I own VR, I tried using it a few times, biggest reason is the performance suck up, second is outside cockpit stuff... Accessing my ipad for navigation or information, drinking tea... looking at something else... interfering with my mic setup or checking recording status etc. Too much to do OUTSIDE the plane to use vr. Headtracking is a nice compromise honestly, i don't 'need' the full on immersion to be happy myself, and i have to compromise for recording.
