This is pretty much a required plane to buy if you play MSFS. Nothing else gives you the slow speed and view to really take in the sights.

yes especially valleys around mountains, where overy other plane is just too fast unless you constantly want to pause the game.

Ahhh this looks really cool! I love these special little aircrafts. Waiting for the Cri Cri to get an update and then I'll probably buy that one. This might be something to look into as well. I use TrackIR, so I think it would be EXTRA amazing to go sightseeing in this!

This ultralight is the definition of fun (also useful for the creepy stalker) and so easy to handle

Great little ultralight, I always recommended to friends to give ultralights a go there’s nothing that feels so much a part of the sky, the environment. Cut off the engine at height and glide it’s amazing, I wonder how that flight model would cope with that. Brilliant vid as always Rachael

Wow this plane came out of nowhere! Haven't seen anybody talk about this plane. Hope it gets added to the in-game marketplace, i'll definetly buy it if it's on there.

This Plane is my Favorite on MSFS 2020. There is so much Fun to Fly.
I wasn't considering this but now I am. I think the nerds I stream to on FB would enjoy a few flights in this.

I haven't heard the greatest things about Nemeth, but after all this time, this is still the only ultralight I see that's a trike instead of a taildragger, so it's awfully tempting. I love the Top Rudder Solo 103 for what it is, but it's awfully tricky on takeoff, and this looks more forgiving.

Does anyone know if this aircraft have elevator trim? I have a top rudder but it doesn't so I don't fly it.
There is a Short engine start sound when I look from the outside of the plane. Also some textures around buttons are blurred. I also miss lights. Is this bugs that's going to be fixed?
Not sure, but I belive the developer has released a patch.
Very nice! Coming late to this after seeing it mentioned in comments on another video. I will probably buy this one too, but curious which you prefer, this or the VGP Powersolo? This is a trike with good textures, VGP is a tail dragger with mediocre textures (though somewhat improved in recent update, at least the windshield). Otherwise they seem quite similar. BTW I watched a brief video of a real Aerolite 103 flying in Arizona and the engine sound is every bit as obnoxious as this. A flying lawn mower with nothing to shield you from the sound except that the engine's behind you. And maybe a noise reduction headset if that's in the budget.
Haven't flown the VGP Powersolo yet, I might if I get chance... i really enjoy this tbh! really fun little crusing aircraft for sight seeing in such a pretty sim.
@@AvAngel Ah right! I mixed that up with the Zenith CH701 review you did which is where I heard about the Machmell Fisheries, BC airport where I have flown the VGP PowerSolo. My bad. I watch too many MSFS videos! The PowerSolo is really fun.

Asked this in another of your videos but wondering how you would compare this Aerolite 103 to the VGP Power Solo and the Top Rudder 103 Solo?
I personally prefer this... little faster, easier overall flight, but less bush friendly.
I’m seriously considering buying one of these in real life.

Failed engine start: The 'ignition' toggle on hte overhead was set to 'on' and you set it to 'off', before attempting your engine start :o) Ctrl+E put it back to 'on'.

This model has an “N” number on the tail tho so I guess it’s supposed to be an experimental.
That's the in game tail number feature, N403SX is the one I use for my aircraft.
Are they ever going to fix the engine sound???

you really do have to get your mind right to fly this. In past sims, pull back on the yoke and the plane always goes unrealistically up. With this plane, if your power, rudder. so on, isn't right, you get a face full of tree,

This add-on really is bad. I can’t even take off with parking brake off and throttle on full. Airspeed would not get past 20. Used the entire runway and couldn’t get enough airspeed.
Uh... something wrong on your end there, it certainly flies fine for me and others...

@@AvAngel Uh yes it's way off. Ive always had Nemeth stuff from day one and their modelling is very good but when i heard the sounds for this well someone at Nemeth just let it go without any care or they need to watch some videos with the 103 and get their head together. If i can repack the ogg files back into pck then we'll have it correct. I've made a lot of sound files for aircraft through the years but this new format MSFS is using and it's structure really stinks. They should of left it like the other sims (FSX, P3D and so on) I'm working on them or maybe Nemeth will fix them before i can do it.

@@Stringbean421 Welcome... hopefully this video will get to Nemeth. The very low idle for the model is pretty close if you don't add any throttle but the rest of the throttle sounds are just terrible. Also the new 103 model that was just made (don't remember the name of it) for MSFS with the motor on the front is done correctly. It sounds like those small engines and they did a good job of it. Even if we could get the Aerolite 103 to use those sound files from that model then it would make the Aerolite 103 by Nemeth sound very good and just about like it should be.
Very expensive plane £13.74 on marketplace for one plane!!
