I am obsessed with Woolies frozen mango with Woolies coconut yogurt on top for a snack or dessert. The frozen mango is delicious eaten frozen or defrosted. I can’t recommend it enough and it’s good all year round. And I’m not even vegan. Haha

What inspired you to become vegan? and what are your overall goals? I've been looking for new health related channels since I train as well always nice to find more channels to support and recieve helpful feedback from. I've been incorporating some plant based meals but sometimes run out of ideas on what to make so more inspiration is always appreciated. I know this comment is late so I'll post again on the next one. Stay strong and keep up the good work!

7:07 Actually...I have never had any frozen pizza (vegan or not) - it was just not a thing in my family! We either went out for pizza or my mum made some homemade ones :D But who know, maybe I am missing out!
