You make it look so simple but eating vegan in Canada is expensive on a limited budget unfortunately. But i try my best. Since you like avacado toasties, try with curry powder and lemon juice, its one of my favourite ways to eat it.

it is a salty spread! kind of hard to explain but someone commented below suggesting it tastes kinnnnnd of similar to veggie stock
