Does Sweet Baby Ray's not contain High Fructose Corn Syrup in your country? It's incredibly unhealthy and downright toxic in the US but, I believe high fructose corn syrup is far less common in other countries. I was surprised to see you using it until I remembered that.

Ok… you just came up on my recommended and first of all, I’m so glad you did! 🥰 second, I just made your iced cacao for the first time, and I have to tell you. I used homemade cashew milk, and good harvest coconut water as the liquid and OMG. Please try it with some coco water, it’s unbelievably nice 😍 my cycle is beginning any day now and this is exactly what my body needed. ♥️

Hey Amanda! I share your love for cacao. One a day, it's a need 💗 no a right?! 😂If you like the combo mint/ chocolate, you have to try this: Infuse your milk with mint tea before adding your chocolate (I drink it hot but you can let it cool down, it's so good too. You can do the same with a nice chaï blend). Pardon my French for any English mistake and enjoy! Thanks for the great recipes, as always 😘🇨🇦

How do you make an iced cacao??
She shows a video on how she’s makes it @ 14:32 time stamp! Take about a tablespoon of cacao powder and mix it with a smidge of hot water to mix and make a chocolate sauce and then pour that over a glass of iced oat milk :)
