Stellar Blade CENSORSHIP Backlash Makes

- Despite promises to release Stellar Blade on all platforms without censorship, it would appear that Sony is pushing Shift Up to censor the title on PS5. Aside from the "Hard R" controversy, players seem to be finding more instances of censorship. Now a campaign has started to get the uncensored version of Stellar Blade into the hands of Western gamers. Will it succeed?

It has to do with the education system. Universities these days are idiot factories and the journalism departments are no exceptions. I’m glad I went to college back in the 90s when a college education was still worth something.
Stellar Blade is not even a se/x game. Those Fake Gaming Journalists are bunch of re*tards

Censoring a game after it's been released when you've been advertising it uncensored needs to be illegal.
It's already false advertising but it clearly needs a law that straight up shuts this nonsense down.
We shouldn’t and here’s why. That law would not be enforced evenly. It would be enforced for a game like stellar blade but for Niantic taking people’s avatars or any other secretly SG(Replace G with B)I game
It's called bait and switch, which is actually an illegal business practice. Simply demand a refund, and call the bank to have them force a reverse charge if Sony won't give you a refund. The bank will also put the processing charge of the transactions on Sony if you have to do a forced reverse charge so, not only do they lose your money but, they actually have to pay the bank as well.

The fact that we live in a world where such obvious funny little coincidences like the Hard R thing are ACTUALLY considered offensive and get censored is honestly pretty sad to me
This is not about the Hard R. No one will make a petition for the Hard R. This is about blood and costume censorship.
I am amazed this video made such a horrible job actually talking what this is about.
They already censored the outfits and even gore elements of the game.
You can tell the people who hate this game are grasping at straws, to be offended over something 87% of the American population don't know about, and the 13% that do, most likely would have a chuckle over it and keep playing.
I have no intention of boycotting the game but i will still do what i can against censorship and am not talking about the Hard R thing. They censored the costumes and blood. That is big NO for me.
I will also revise my relation to Playstation products.
Censorship so far:
1) Holiday Rabbit
2) Cybernetic Dress
3) Cybernetic Bondage
4) Blue Monsoon
5) Ocean Maid
6) Less blood splatter on Eve
7) Moutan Peony outfit was also censored.
Man I wanted to go to the Hard R Shop can't have anything funny anymore
You can still go to the Hard R casino.
This is not about the Hard R. No one will make a petition for the Hard R. This is about blood and costume censorship.

@@SIPEROTH your wording is weird you may have to retype
@@Cubeytheawesome sounds interesting
To be honest when I hear hard r these days I need some context clues. Are we talking race, mental capacity, or bad touching.
Good question
It's apparently a reference to illegal drugs in Korea. It is the R in Rx which is the symbol for medicine, or prescription drugs. Hard R means illegal drugs.
You're thinking way to hard about this. We're talking any possible excuse to dictate what people are allowed to do under the pretense of pretending to care about something other than our massively overinflated egos. You have to understand they're beyond excited to find anything they can use as ammunition, that's not how people react when they're genuinely concerned over something. That's how sociopaths act when they can barely contain their hate.
This is like me being denied a steak at a restaurant because the infants in the corner cant chew yet. I'm so done with modern gaming. I'm going back to playing Doom mods and RTS games from the late 90's
I don't know if anyone remember this but... since Sony HQ had be moved to CA around 2015/16 there's a new rule that being place around those years where any game that being made from Asian or more precisely anime game would be checked out by them.
Which simply mean.. it is going to be censored be it big or small that these change causing the creation of Senran Kagura 7 to be cancelled. And the following cancellation, the creator of it would also quit the company who create the said game.
So... yeah. My grudges and the constant reminder of that Sony relationship with these type of game will never go away or forgotten
THE ONLY WAY TO STOP THIS IS NOT TO BUY THE GAME, ITS THAT SIMPLE. THE ONLY THING THEY UNDERSTAND IS THE BOTTOM LINE.
You can buy the game, but you have to turn off updates and dismiss them when prompted. Only the DAY 1 patch contains the censorship.
The best thing a AAA publisher can do to sell their games is to get on the bad side modern day gaming journos. If I was developing a game I would makes sure it checked all of the anti SJW boxes just to get them hating on my product. Instant bestseller!
They need to fix the game and remove the censorship, it fails advertising , simply.
'Hard R' is only racist if you let it be, means something completely different for kids from the 80s.
Doesn't hard R mean R rating with excessive elements that makes it almost NC-17? I actually never heard of any race related meaning behind it.
@yuurou7927 exactly what I always thought it meant. Like Robocop was almost X rated (because of violence and it was before NC 17 existed)
his is not about the Hard R. No one will make an anti-censorship campaign for something as insignificant as the Hard R. This is about blood and costume censorship.
I am amazed this video made such a horrible job actually talking what this is about.
This just gives everyone a market. Open the door and we will take the opportunity. Censorship never works.
Working on it. Be on the lookout for a game with mysterious stranger in the name, some time around or before 2029
Hard R is just referencing a historically accurate gamer word. It’s culture and tradition.
It’s a memento to every cod online player
Damn CRIMERS.
This is not about the Hard R. No one will make a petition for the Hard R. This is about blood and costume censorship.

Im happy this is happening. Ive seen so many people go 'it isnt even that bad ' "people are crying over this while we have so many other suits-' 'it doesnt affect me so idc"
Censorship affects everyone. You shouldnt wait until it affects you to do something. By then its too late.
With games like this, one can't just release this on a Playstation platform given censorship happy they are.
Hopefully this game also gets released on PC & the Switch where they don't have to deal with this type of censorship.
Should have come out on Pc first
Nah guaranteed this ain't coming to switch even if they downgrade it 1000 times 🤣
I haven't downloaded it yet, I hope they give us uncensored outfits because they said we would get that.
It is about principles, what else are they gonna go back on?
If you don't download it you can still get a refund. The rule for returns is not to download it and to ask for it within 2 weeks.
If I were Sony's CEO, I would've accept Stellar Blade without any censorship.
If I was the CEO, I'd move the headquarters back to Japan but not before firing all california hires
And this is why you are not Sony CEO.
yeah, be the CEO, that accepts the game raw and uncensored, and see your investment evaporate once the Rating boards reject giving a rating for the game. making it non-sellable by law and prompting an innevitable delay.
don't be naive, my friend.
@@marcossonicracer Rating is not as important as you think u doorknob, hell in this day and age a fully R rated adult game would stand out and sell like hotcake.
@@dragonandavatarfan8865 Good luck getting investors though. Unless you can fund the whole thing from your own pocket (or crowdfund, but then you have to appease crowdfunding platforms), you have to jump through all the hoops.
Is anyone suprise for me i knew a mile away that sony censorship of anime games is insanity and they would censored this
Known it since late 2018. After that I gave soyny the finger.
Give Sony the Budlight treatment
At this point it's just a Soyny flex.
NEVER pay for censorshit
It's not the Shift up, it's the Sony. Not buying this game wouldn't catch the attention of Sony. Just unsubscribe the psn and state why you unsubscribe it
I don't even have a PlayStation and can't play this game, but I am still sticking up for this game and it's fans because this attack on gaming and gamers is mind blowing. These games writers (I refuse to call them journalists) are mentally ill. The industry is so infiltrated and controlled by clearly mentally ill ideologues it's impossible to ignore. They see they boogeyman in every corner and shadow. They hallucinate attacks and insults that are not there.
Crimer, please! Sony be tripping!
I typically don't vote on things because I never really thought that my voice made a difference, but this has to stop. I already added my signature to the petition, and come what may, I don't regret it. At the moment of this post, a total of 7,079 signatures have been given. Make your voices heard, people. We can do this if stand together.
don't get your hopes high. even in the remote scenario you succed, the game can be devastated by the rating boards, recieving an AO/Cero X/equivalent or be refused to be re-rated, making it illegal to sell. and i guarantee no one wants that. it would give Shift up and Sony an image boost, but the game would be DEAD, and so their investment/profit.
@@marcossonicracer You again?
I've seen you shitting on others' posts up above.
Why are you trying to demoralize people sticking up for this game?
Petition at 10k last time I looked.
Yes, even if you think it is stupid,
Jovan Hutton Pulitzer taught me that it all counts.
They want you to do nothing, and concede the field - default victory
@@keungwan5901 demoralize?! what the hell are you talking about?!
i point out a clear point of failure on their strategy and this is demoralize someone?! really?!
I absolutely agree with Grummz here. Journos *want* us to yell, boycott, etc. They can easily paint us as "ragequitting over no booba" and turn a victory from this that they absolutely don't deserve. If we focus on making Sony hurt instead and avoid the patch, we can have the cake now, and hopefully eat it too.
If the game does well, they'll take this small detail as a win and say "see ain't nothing wrong with censorship." And then move goal posts when you try and point out their cherry picking.
The sad part though is they win no matter what. If you buy the game, you give Sony a free pass on their censorship. If you don't buy it, then the journos get what they want by hurting the game's sales. It's a lose/lose situation.
I was wondering why i wasn’t seeing Grummz tweets as much anymore.
Next update they will turn Eve into a transwomen with no curves.
love comments like these because they never happen lol it's all in your head
See pokemon go. Never happens.@@beerlover434
I hope SHIFT UP sees this and not only remove the censorship but also release outfits even sexier.
I don't trust game journalism. I'd rather watch though reviews from unofficial game channels that played the game more than 4 hours compared to ones that only played for 5 minutes.
I seriously have no idea what Stellar Blade is to begin with
- Stellarblade is racist!
- I’m gonna buy it TWICE 💵💵💵💵
We need to be united now that's for damn sure and Grummz has the right idea to do it. Make this trending and expose the double standard caused by Sony for this censorship.
WOKE and TYRANNICAL SONY MUST BE STOPPED! FREEDOM is never FREE! We the players must RISE UP and FIGHT ANY CENSORSHIP!!
So we have to see that dude getting pegged in last of us 2 but this is too much?
Selling us a product based on content shown in pre-release trailers & gameplay and then altering or removing that content is fraud. Fraud is a crime. My PS+ sub will be cancelled & my congressman will be contacted regarding consumer protections for digital media.
I cancelled my Digital Deluxe pre order. Best decision I ever made. Bait and Switch Cencorship tsk tsk tsk.
YOU WERE THE CHOOSEN ONE!!!!!
YOU WERE SUPPOST TO FIGHT CENSORSHIP, NOT BE VICTIM OF THEM!!!!!!!!!!!
BRING BALLANCE TO VIDEOGAMES, NOT BE EVISCERATED BY THE RATING BOARDS!
I just signed the petition, crossing my fingers it succeeds
Make sure to email them. They have their email on their shift up website. Be respectful though. The sign up isn't enough.
#freestellarblade
you cant trust anyone these days.
Welp, that settles it. I'm buying a PS3 instead
If they're calling it racist, you know it's got to be good. Here take my money.
Only racist people sees racism everywhere.
Man, thank you and all CZcamsrs for all the work you are doing, god bless you all, you guys got all our support
