- Are you ready to MELT?! This workout is a "belly fat burn" as we strengthen the ab muscles and keep our heart rate up with cardio moves. This will help us burn body fat and lose weight, and also see some muscle tone in our abs if we stay consistent!
You must stay consistent to see true and permanent results!
In this workout, there is no need to jump and all of the exercises are low impact.
This 60 Minute workout comes complete with a warm up and cool down, as well as 3 well-deserved breaks throughout. The workout slowly increases in intensity, so if you feel like its a bit slow at the beginning, just keep going it will creep up on you and you will be like - wow I did that!
We will start the workout with a 3 minute warm up, then we will start doing ab exercises for 40 seconds with a 20 second rest (walk on spot) in between. Feel free to vibe out and dance it out while you are on these breaks if the song is just hitting you right ;)
After our first break we will start doing 30 second intervals of the same exercises with 15 second breaks (again, walking on the spot).
You will have a second (longer) break as we prepare for our Tabata portion of the workout
Finally we will go into our Tabata portion (Which sounds intimidating, but really its only the name of the timing of the exercises & a hint at intensity) where we will be doing cardio exercises for 20 seconds with a 10 second rest (walk on the spot).
We will do this twice with a break in between and will cool down for a few minutes to finish off the workout

Make sure to have water handy (it is so important to stay hydrated throughout this workout especially), and a sweat towel if you can.
If you have flat feet, I would suggest wearing supportive shoes, if not- you can follow me in doing this workout barefoot!

I’ve been working with you since June 2021. In our 3 months together, the scale says I’ve lost 20 lbs & the mirror says I’ve lost a chin 😆 but i’ve GAINED a positive outlook, better sleep, and more energy to keep up with my two small children. My body and face look more toned and i found a bit of waist tucked up under there. This is the first time in YEARS that I’ve kept up this consistent with exercising (5-6/week) and it’s just because your workouts are relatable and make the goal attainable. The moves burn so good and I always tell myself “This ain’t sweat, this is my FAT CRYING.” 😝

I've decided to do this one every Sunday, and then 30 minute workouts 4x a week with Saturday as my rest day. I burned almost 600 calories. I've only been using your videos for three weeks but i've lost 3 lbs so far!! Ive never been this consistent with exercise until your videos. Thank you!

Praise the Lord! Jo, I have been watching your workouts for at least a week and kept putting it off. I had my workout clothes on since early this morning. Finally, I stopped watching and started doing! I almost started crying within the first five minutes, already wanting to give up, but God kept me going. Though I had to modify some of the moves (recovering from double knee injury) I finished the entire workout and burned 458 calories! Thank you so much. I plan to do your workouts at least four to five days a week to shed and shred!
I've been working out with you since June 2021. I'm not sure how much weight I've lost (if any), but I can definitely say that over time my endurance + stamina + balance have improved. I used to have to take breaks during a workout, but now I can get through the whole thing without stopping (no matter the length)! My core & legs have gotten a lot stronger too! I'm liking the way my booty is looking as well, all thanks to you Jo! Keep the videos coming! 😁

This was my first time completing a 1hour workout! Since I gave birth to my daughter last year, I've been feeling so down and heavy. I gained 35 lbs throughout my pregnancy. During the beginning of this year, I was looking for a great trainer and then CZcams recommended Jo's video, and honestly I bless the day they recommended you to me Jo😭😭❤️. I have been doing your workouts since January and infact the results are amazing🥺. In January I was 79.9kg but by being consistent with your workouts coupled with strength training and an average good diet. I am happy to say I am now 66kg that is 13.9kg dropped, I have become stronger, more toned and I feel absolutely amazing....( Happy I did this for me ❤️)

Day 11 of doing your workouts ....Yesterday i was ill (vomiting and headache & stomach pain)so can't do the workout...so i thought of doing 1 hour today....and i am proud of myself that i completed this workout

I started my weight loss journey on April 25th, 2021 at 186.8 lbs. Started with completely changing up my diet, then added in exercise two weeks later by following along with other youtube channels, then I discovered yours on May 21st! By then, I was down to 178.9 lbs. I noticed your variety, your positivity, your consistency, your results, among other things lol and have gone back to you every time since; making your workouts a priority, 5 days a week (I stopped everything for 4 weeks in August while I had/recovered from Covid).
I weigh in every Friday morning, and as of this past Friday, I am at 156.6.
I have fully committed to my overall changes, and have never ever felt better in my 39 years of life. :)
You play a huge part in that, and I thank you endlessly! 💞
What was your diet?
I've been doing hard workouts like berpees, jumping rope for year now still I felt this was the most intense workout I've ever done. Like I had to literally stop at 52:03 time stamp to sit down for a while. You are such amazing person Jo.

I been following u for a while but I just had weight lose surgery so I have been following ur workout now since June of this year.I have notices a decrease in my abdominal area where I have some loose skin trying to tone it up an gain some abs this was an amazing work out for me. I wasn’t able to complete the whole work but I got half way thru which is a milestone for me but I’m going to try it again and try to make it to the end . @@samireif2315 hi Sami. On my healthpointe eating plan I have to achieve 10000 steps a day. I started off with Jo's 20 min ab and booty ones to get a bit fitter. Now I love the tabata ones usually choosing anything that says intense. Depending on the time I have available in my schedule, I do min 3 miles so that I can make up the 10000 steps during my day and on weekend tge 4.5 to 5 miles. I love variety so have tried out the dance ones just to change it up. Good luck.

Listen Ms. Jo, please never remove these videos. I was a skeptic about walking and losing weight. I am level 10 dripping with sweat. I used believe that one can only shred lbs by running, due to hip and knee issues my md sez no more than 1 hour of running weekly and to focus on low to no impact, walking, rowing and swimming. I was doing fine until RONA which took me out of the game for about 4 months. I of course gained lbs., so this workout is giving me hope that I will be able to get these lbs off.

The best possible workout I have ever done where instead of being obsessed with the time progress bar, I was more excited about the next workout Jo would do 😆 I was actually smiling throughout the workout and also dancing a bit during the marching breaks 🤣 LOVED it!!!
Before my marriage I use to hit gym, and very consistent to my workout routine. But next year I got married on January to very conservative family it was arranged and they didn't allowed me to go the to gym. Although my husband was supportive his parents were not especially my mother in law. My husband and I got very worried. He introduced me to your channel bought me yoga mat, bought me some very cute gym clothes and water bottles and we both (he wanted to encourage me) started working out together every morning. Honestly if theres anyone curious about these workouts their amazing! I couldnt do 3 minutes into any other workout on yt and i just did the hour long one and actually enjoyed it and completed it , im very inactive but this was so fun and effective and it felt like 20 minutes had gone by thankyou so much jo

I’ve been doing your walk the weight off & tabata workouts for going on two months now, and while I don’t see much change on the scale (yet) I feel amazing! I’m looking amazing, I can tell the difference in my overall mood, and endurance. Honestly one of the best decisions that I’ve made in my life was turning on the first video from you. Update. I’ve lost 11 pounds in total since this comment😬 Started at 240, down to 229. Yayyyyy! This mixed with clean eating, and not drinking my calories is working greatly together.

You have the best 1 hour workouts on the net!! I've been working out with you since January 2022 when I needed to switch to low impact workouts due to a knee injury. I am fully healed now and I enjoy your workouts to this day. You've also helped me power through my 75 Hard challenge the fun way, as I am on day 74 now. I'm seeing more tone in my abs and legs now. Yesterday I found your channel and I can say this is the best workout I have ever done. I didn't stop at all. No burpees or jumping. I could do it easily. It burned me legs too. I’ve been doing these workouts for my cardio 5-6 times a week for 3 months now!! I used to do the treadmill but these are more engaging! And have helped my balance and coordination soooo much. I’m just now reigning in my diet (more Whole Foods and lots of antioxidants) so I haven’t really lost any weight. I do these workouts for my mental health not really for weight loss since that all comes from diet. Clean up your diet if you want to lose weight 😊

I’m a mom of 2 and starting working out last September shortly after my youngest turned 1. Jo, you’re a real one. I probably wouldn’t have stuck to it if it weren’t for you and your energy!
I’m able to get through it so much easier now! For those looking for a slightly more challenging version, I’ve been doing sprints/high-knees during the resting period, or do the whole exercise with 1lb dumbbells (or a 15.5oz can of beans like me 😂)

I love this workout! I started with the 15 minutes workouts, then 30, 45 and I'm so happy that I can finish this 60 minutes workout! I started gaining weight, since I was a child and hated working out or sports. Last year in September I reached the highest weight that I have ever been- 97 kg ( 214 lbs). I started eating healthier, doing intermediate fasting and going for a walk. I always thought, that working out wasn't something for me until I found this channel. The workouts are always funny and challenging and I feel great after that. I've already lost 15 kg ( 33 lbs) which isn't that much, but It's better than nothing.☺

Today the workout with Jo was immense. Thanks Jo for the inspiration to keep going, it's hard but what a feeling of self worth when you get through another of your fantastic workouts.
I burned 423 kcal with an average heart rate of 109 bpm! This had me sweating at the end. I'm happy with my commitment. This is my 5th day of working out with Jo! I am loving it! Starting weight is 222. My first goal is to get back under 200.
I guess this is my workout for later tonight. I've been doing your workouts for a few months now but I haven't been very consistent. What I do notice is that I keep coming back to your workouts and I actually have so much fun. I'm actually able to start doing longer workouts whereas 15-20 minutes was my max and only maybe 2 times a week. I'm up to 3 times a week and doing multiple workouts to sometimes create a longer sessions. Love your motivation and positive spirit Jo!

Try Caroline Girvan workouts. She’s really down to earth. She does more weight lifting if that’s your thing but I only do Joe and Caroline’s workouts for the same reasons you listed
I have never ever been so excited to be doing a workout- I’m utterly shocked that I enjoyed this and actually didn’t want it to end when it did. Your workouts keep me motivated and well engaged; other workouts I never finish even if they are only 10 minutes because I have a short attention span 😅,however your workouts make me want to workout even more which I’ve never wanted to do! OMG! I loved this workout. I seriously thought I wasn't gonna be able to finish it since I haven't worked out for a while but you Jo just kept me going with your motivation and great variety of moves. I absolutely love the fact you listened to us and now all your workouts include a cool down. I've been working out with you for about a year and I've noticed incredible results, like I don't have that back fat anymore and my pos-partum tummy is a lot better compared to last year.

I made it 30 min...2400 steps, and burned 286 cal.
I prefer to look at this as 4 15-20 min workouts back to back :)
I loved the way it progressed into shorter time, more rest...One day I will make it all the way to the Tabata segment!
I started working out with you next week. Im hoping that with finances, I can have my wedding in December. I already have my dress and it fits, I just want it to fit me better.
